Called this past weekend for our AC not working, they were able to get someone out the same day. AJ was our technician, he called to let us know he was on his way and was able to find the problem quickly and get our AC back up in running.

One of our rental properties had HVAC issues starting in the early evening after a day with a high of 90 degrees. We called our usual go-to HVAC maintenance company and they could not get to us til the next day. So we called Captain Cool. They got us on the schedule ASAP!!! The experience was wonderful; they were very communicative and pricing did not gouge us for after hours. As a local Realtor, I am always excited to discover new FIRST CLASS partners to refer to my clients, and Captain Cool is definitely one moving forward!

Skyler was kind enough to come out and help my guest late at night when our rental property.
He was very kind and very knowledgeable and found the problem very quickly. That was five-star service.

Captain Cool provides great service. Their technician Nas is top notch. I’ve used them twice in the last year on two different systems. Both times they had someone here fast, same day I called and their charges are very reasonable.

Zachary Stephens was the technician for our service call. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and had us back with cool air in no time. The club member program is great also, I highly recommend.

Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair company. Nas arrived right on time. He was thorough and talked me through what he was doing the whole time. He also gave me plenty of options. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our service call.

Our technician was Skyllar and we can't say enough about the service he and Anchor Air provided to us. Autumn called at a time when we're discussing issues with out A/C unit. Skyllar came out and made the appropriate service recommendations as well as service our unit. I can't say enough about them. They've been our go to since 2020 and we definitely won't do business with anyone else but Anchor Air!!

My technician Nas Ali was courteous, professional and very helpful to questions about my Bosch HVAC unit in Orange Beach. I spoke with several companies before I bought my unit a couple years ago, and it pays to do your homework as I feel they are clearly the best option. Plus, you gotta love that name…
