Could not be happier with Pride HVAC. Its rare these days to get service like they provide. Came out when they said and had me up and running very quickly. My only regret is I didnt call them sooner.

My A/C went out 2 times in one week. It’s an old unit and we rent the house so I really didn’t want to purchase a new and didn’t have the money to at the time. Chaz came out very quickly with one of the times being early Saturday morning. He did everything he could to get our unit working for me and my 2 year old! I can not say enough good things about this company. I will first start by saying that he was the number one hvac guy recommended by the hvac parts store so that told me right then and there that out of all of the companies Chaz made such an impact on this place for doing such a great job that they stuck their neck out for him. So I took the advice and gave him a call. I called other companies also to compare prices. Not only did PRIDE HVAC give me the best price but he gave me a better unit on top of the best price. Chaz wanted to make sure that we had a better unit and didn’t settle for the cheapest so I respect him greatly for that. Chaz and Holly communicated the entire process, they were on point at every phase and answered all of my questions with respect and care. This is a great local company that I hope and pray thrives for their entire career and more. They are a company that is going to leave a good mark wherever they go. My A/C stopped cooling during the last heat wave and I assumed the worst. Randomly picked Pride HVAC to perform a service call ( we had no previous history ) and he came out the same day. Turns out it was a relatively minor issue and he got it resolved
