Climatemp did an awesome job at the 2025 Showcase project this year! Clancey, Cam, Bull and the team was friendly and professional. They did a great job through and through!

Robert and the crew did a fabulous job. Got the entire new system up and running in one day. And they left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. I would recommend Robert and his crew to get the job done! Our dogs loved them as well!

If you want the BEST, look no further. Island Air is who you need for your HVAC issues. We had an after hours emergency and Island Air was recommended to us by a neighbor. The dispatch lady was extremely nice and asked a tech to contact me within minutes. Jason, our HVAC tech was friendly, knowledgeable, super accommodating, arrived quickly, and thoroughly explained the fees and the problem with our AC. He repaired our AC clog issue in less than an hour and now we have air.
I highly recommend Island Air, and Jason if he is available.

Island did a great job. Very efficient scheduling. Called prior to arrival and allowed a credit card on file so I didn’t need to write a check.
The technician was very nice, offered some guidance on my filter size, and gave me a good report.

Received a call from an Island Air representative this morning concerning my experience. They accepted partial responsibility in that the tech neglected to take the necessary steps to in insure the system was performing properly before he left. Although the compasator did check bad and the contactor did need replaced, he agreed to refund the entire $419.00 charge.
That was a very noble gesture and because of their willingness to make thing right, I now give them a 5-star rating.

Called island air because A/C was cooling Intermittently. They were very responsive and arrived within a couple hours. Technician went directly to the outside unit and began trouble shooting. He found a compasitor that was reading low so he changed it. He also found an electrical box outside that needed changed. So after a total of $419.00 he deemed it repaired. However, during the night, the system froze over and was not cooling. Call them back out. He diagnosed the problem as a leaking filter, directly below the compasator that he changed. It was very obvious that it was rusted and leaking, but he did not bother to put his gages on the system to insure the system was operating properly
So, since the system is filled with R22 and that freon is no longer available to them, he said we needed to replace the entire system. A salesman came out the next day and quoted a new system at $9000 and change. I feel like Island Air owes me a refund for the $419, but No one from thei company has offer that yet.
I have a new system being installed for $5100.
Shop Around before giving a company the go-ahead.

They installed a new system in our vacation rental condo 2 years ago and done an excellent job. They done the job when they said they would and workmanship is excellent. Price was great as I had several quotes, I have a service contract which they come out twice a year to check system. Very reasonable. Professional people and highly recommend.

I called Island Air around 3:00, by 4:30 the technician arrived. Very courteous and knowledgeable. With in 30-45 minutes my AC was working like it should. I highly recommend.

Can’t say enough how great it was to call and be able to get a service call after hours, and still reasonable. Travis was great and was able to fix the unit. He was This is my rental and I had guests, so I needed repaired ASAP, and Island Air helped me out! I will recommend them to anyone looking for AC repair! I will also be reaching out for a new unit as soon as it is needed.

Island Air just finished their yearly maintenance plan inspection. Today Chris and Danny were both professional and friendly. This company is excellent. It's a pleasure to do business with them. Good job, men!

Island Air (Tech Jason) was quick to respond to our after hours request and was onsite within an hour. He is extremely knowledgeable and fixed our issue quickly. He even remembered coming to our address - couple years ago for service work.

I called Island Air late on a Wednesday afternoon when my air conditioner quit cooling. They came right out and got the air conditioner working until a new compressor could arrive. They ordered a new compressor on Thursday morning. The compressor arrived on Friday, and they brought it right out and installed it. This was a big and consuming job, and they handled it much quicker than I would have expected. I was very appreciative!!

These folks are incredible. I started using them years ago when I managed a local company and then when I bought a house in Orange Beach, I started using them for my home services. Not once, have they ever let me down. They're responsive, typically fast to arrive, and are professional and courteous while inside your home. I truly wouldn't call anyone else. These people have earned my respect and my business for many years to come.

Island Air was fantastic. They are on it! I called and Julie helped to schedule an appointment and they were able to come later that say (it wasn’t an urgent issue). She called me back later to give me an update. Then later that day Jason showed up and he was fast and professional and solves my issue. I’m used to working with contractors who are far less professional. There was supposed to be somebody from another local company and rescheduled twice and blames it on the rain.

I used Island Air for a completely new installation of and HVAC unit. While I'd heard wonderful things about Island air, have met the owners, and know how involved in the community they are, I still did my due diligence to receive quotes from 3 different companies. Having an extremely tight budget, yet also wanting the job done right, I will say I was extremely impressed with Island Air when they sent Mikey to look at my unit, and has been in the HVAC business for 40 years. He went above and beyond and looked at every single potential problem for why my house wasn't cooling. He went into my attic and found a couple of air leaks, which the other two companies didn't do. He noticed the indoor AC unit was sitting on cheap plywood/particle board from the original build and was starting to bow. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail (in terms I could understand). The best part about their quote, is that it was the most affordable unit from the other quotes I received. The experience just got better when the two guys showed up on installation day. They were so kind, respectful and worked their butts off for a full day in the 100 degree heat. removing my old system and installing a new one, fixing the attic leaks, and even replaced the wood base for the indoor unit. I am so grateful to have a working AC unit and the peace of mind that all is fixed. I 10/10 recommend Island Air!

I have been a customer of Island Air since 2016. I have utilized their semi-annual maintenance contract and purchased a new HVAC unit from them. Island Air prices are reasonable and their employees are knowledgeable, dependable, courteous.

Not only do I recommend their products and services, but I commend the owners for their many philanthropic contributions to Baldwin County. We are fortunate to have Island Air Conditioning & Heating operating in our community.

Very thankful. Island air was on top of my repair on short notice during prime season. I didn't find out about air not cooling from guests until 4 in the afternoon. From the get go a great experience! Gal who answered the phone took my information and got me an appointment the same day. She was cheerful, efficient, and knowledgeable. The tech, Travis, gave me a call about 15 minutes out. He was very efficient, friendly, very knowledgeable, shared information with me to educate me as to what was going inside. He went outside, replaced a part that was defective then installed a new thermostat I had and was gone in an hour. Very pleased!!

My 1st use of Island Air after a dismal performance of another AC business. I thought I died and went to heaven. My unit died, they were here within a couple hours, troubleshot, ordered the warranted part and installed it the next morning. All the techs were incredibly professional and friendly. Fast service. Came out and resolved the problem the same day I called. Upfront about charges. Called to inform me of what the problem was, had the part on the truck and asked if I wanted to proceed. Very pleased with the service. Will be using them again when needed.

Quick response time and diagnosis. The tech was friendly and professional. He also had the needed part on the truck with him. He made quick work of the repair and we had our heat back on in less than two hours!

We had a peculiar problem with the AC. I made an appointment for Monday morning, using their website on Sunday evening. Monday morning I had a call and a courteous, knowledgeable tech came out and make quick work of the issue. I highly recommend Island Air!
