Amber did a thorough and very professional review of my system. Took photos and explained options. Matt & Caleb came on short notice to fix a commode issue. Mission accomplished! Cameron showed up on time and fixed my dryer vent very quickly. Brad Mc Guinness spent quite a bit of time with me today reviewing my well water treatment system. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He will be giving me a quote on a replacement system. Rad was back today with a water test kit. He came early, and did the test, told me the plan going forward. I’ll have a new system quote in a day or two. Very professional. 6/4/25 Hayden came and did a thorough AC check. He was very professional. Showed me several things that would need attention sooner or later. Was patient and not pushy at all. Left me with several options to consider.

David (Nick) Solomon came out late yesterday to find and deal with an internal plumbing leak. He put a lot of effort into finding the source even though it was early evening; then fixed it up

Hayden responded to an AC issue today. 8/18. Saw & solved the problem immediately. Made sensible recommendations for replacing 9 year old unit instead of repair that would have been a short term fix.

Presto & Kirk spent most of the day replacing my AC unit on 8/20/25. They were efficient and courteous throughout the day. Took pains to protect the house and cleaned up well upon completion. Late on 9/10 found system not cooling( called first thing next morning. Hayden was there within an hour. Found system frozen up due to a Freon leak. Fixed it and left me with AC by late morning. Unit not cooling next day (Saturday). Hayden came out in AM and checked out unit. When he left unit was cooling. Valerie was able to convince Peaden that, although it was the weekend, someone needed to respond. Thank you, Valerie!

I recommend Peaden A/C. the Techs that came out were very professional and communicated very well with what they needed to do discussed options. I will stay with Peaden. Jaquan did an excellent job installing the AC for me. Once again I will make Peaden my 1st call.

Hayden and Ty do an excellent job. They have helped me out a couple of time and are excellent with Peaden A/c clients.

They came out right away, Hayden is polite and got the work done.

Horrible people to deal with. Patiently waited on a scheduled visit that I made on a Monday for a Friday visit. They called me Friday morning to say they couldn't make the visit (after sending a confirmation text that they would be there) and needed to reschedule. Why schedule an appointment only to cancel? Will find someone who actually wants to provide a service.

I needed to fix a toilet bowl wobble and a leaky shower head, from a home inspection. Peaden got me an appointment quickly, and within my schedule. TJ arrived an fixed everything in a timely manner. Gage and Hayden were on time, polite, and very knowledgeable, Hayden did HVAC service and Gage found the sewage issue quickly, Bless him for having to repair in that mess. I wanted to take advantage of their special rate so I called Peaden instead of my regular company. The Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Peaden seems like a good company. There was no pressure for upsale while he pointed out conditions to monitor.

Hayden and Garrison were very thorough and informative with our hvac issues. Extremely polite and went through all the options we needed to do. I’ve had 3 different contractors come out and check out my hvac before and they went through it fast and didn’t give a thorough explanation of what each of the issue is. Hayden gave us info on what damage we’re looking at, what caused it, and what further damage we could be looking at down the road. He was specific on how something operates and how that could lead to a hazard situation. Highly recommend this company, especially Hayden and Garrison as your contractors. They’re very honest to what we actually needed vs giving unnecessary estimates and straight to the point. The lady who made my appointment on the phone was very patient and sweet as well.

Peaden made amazing job on my new heat pump system and a hot water heater installation. They were very professional and kind. I strongly recommend this company. Great job.

Tim and Joey saved the day!! My main electrical line had to be replaced by FPL due to corrosion and caused issues with some outlets. The guys were very informative and completed the repairs in record time. Will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks again!

Cole and Randall from Climatemp replaced our worn out heatpump with a new Carrier HP yesterday. They did great work and we now have a new quality system. Did I mention that the heat index was 111 degrees that day and the temp was practically off the charts in the attic while they were working. These guys knocked it out in no time and explained every step along the way. They provided a thorough walk through upon completion to ensure I was happy with the install and to answer any questions before they headed out.

I have been using Climatemp since approximately 2008. I am routinely treated with honesty and respect. The office staff is always very responsive to any need or issue that comes up. The technicans have always been extremely knowledgable, thorough and customer service friendly.

I'd highly recommend Climatemp. We get the service plan every year because it keeps our unit running great. Today our tech Scott Adams did an amazing job. He checked everything and made sure it was good to go for the upcoming warmer months. Scott is very professional and is very knowledgeable. We've been using Climatemp for years and don't plan to stop.
