Brad was at my home within an hour from my initial call to Peaden for a toilet issue, and I could’ve not been more impressed with his friendliest and knowledge! Hayden was very polite and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into making any unnecessary purchases (like many companies seem to do) and he walked me through all items he recommended in a way that I could understand them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Peaden again.
