Wayne came this morning and installed a 9,000 btu MINI-split ac/heat system by GREE. By noon there was air, cool air. Nice cool air. I could have used this cool air in June and July. It was amazing that one person can install such a system in a few hours. I highly recommend Comfort Services, Inc by Wayne Compton.

I am 81 years old and have many air and heat companies come and service my unit. Most of the time when I say something it is like I am not there and they treat me like a second person. Not with Peaden, They sent a young man, Jeremy Lambeth, that was polite and talked to me with respect with a smile. I could tell he was a gentleman and a hard worker. He explained the issues I had with my heater and even adjusted the wires so not to be unsafe for me. We talked about his children and my time in the military and other topics while he worked cleaning my unit and even found a old balloon stock in my heater duct that could present a problem in the future. When he left I felt that my heater was ready for another winter. If there were more stars I would give Peaden 100 more. I highly recommend Peaden for you air and heater needs.

Amber Bender arrived as scheduled. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain repairs step by step. She provided me with options for repair. Amber got my unit back up and running and I will definitely recommend Peaden just based on the service provided by her.

Hayden and Gage performed my routine service today. They were very respectful to me and my home. They were thorough and efficient. I give them both 5☆!

It has been fixed. Great job, faulty part was replaced at no extra charge. Very professional service, after the first repair didn't hold up they came back and took care of it right away. I recommend them highly.

Excellent service visit from Amber last week! Same day service call just before Memorial Day and great price ($55). Amber gave great advice on my 19 year old unit and was super friendly and courteous. First time customer but will be using Peaden for all my AC needs in the future.

Brad was so knowledgeable and efficient. I am a DIY guy but plumbing not so much. I had a leaky kitchen sink. Didn't want to get under the sink to fix it. For me it would have been brutal. Brad was here first thing in the am. Hour and a half done. The benefit, in addition to getting this done by a true professional, was that Brad is a pleasure to talk with. Do not hesitate to call Peaden and if Baldwin county, ask for Brad.

Came to clean my drain is what is said online. My drain still clogged. He replaced my trap tried a snake twice, 88 dollars later still clogged. No guarantee no call back as promised. I wasn't a priority i was a last minute fill in to kill time till his next job which he said he had an appointment for. But hey, l
ike everything else around here don't expect quality be happy with what you get.

Alex, Corey and Cameron were very professional. They were on time, went out of the way to get my AC system replaced, were clean and quick.
