Excellent service. Ryan arrived promptly at the appointment time. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained all areas to be serviced. He took his time and wasn't rushed.
He cleaned anything that was left behind due to the repair.

Wayne's comfort service was recommended to us by a friend of ours, that knows Wayne. So I called and was told that Billy their technician would be out the same afternoon. Within the hour.Billy was here diagnosed our problem and repaired our AC unit, at a very reasonable price . .Billy was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also took time out to answer questions about our filter and other issues. I highly recommend Wayne's comfort service, thank you Wayne.👍👍

Wayne is a rare find. Knowledgeable, yet down to earth. He came to our home on Christmas Eve! (coldest day ever) and repaired our heat quickly and affordably. He was actually the one that answered our service call and came in less than 2hrs. Very fair with the charges, and easily explained the bill. We also had some concerns about our system’s performance in summer, and he gave us a great plan to solve the problems that was very sensible and affordable that we have scheduled after the holidays. PLEASE use his services as he is very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Excellent weekend service!! After getting to our beach house and finding the a/c wasn’t working, we called Wayne’s Comfort Services around 10 am on a Sunday morning. Even though he was out on another service call at the time, Wayne answered our phone call and was at our house by 11:45 am! The unit was working within 2 hours! Wayne was very nice and very professional. He was fair in his pricing and he even checked out a mini-split unit we have downstairs while he was here. We will definitely be using him in the future!

Wayne’s Comfort Service provided prompt, friendly and knowledgeable HVAC expertise from their beginning recommendations and estimate through the final product installation. In my experience, this company is the best in the Gulf Shores AL area. I highly recommend them.

You won’t find a better air-conditioning company than Wayne’s. There have been a few times in the middle of summer that our AC has gone out and Wayne has shown up to fix it within 30 minutes. He diagnoses the problem quickly and charges a fair price. He even offers his customers a chance to have him come out twice a year to make sure the AC is in optimal condition. He charges a little more than $100 for that service and if something goes wrong he shows up to fix it. Today is Friday and it is after hours. He charged ZERO. Definitely recommend Wayne! Wayne’s Comfort Services is amazing! They’ve been my go-to AC team for 3 years now. This time, I had an issue with my AC at home that was covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. They were at my house about an hour after I called. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and had it fixed, so that my AC was only down for about 36 hours. They offered to let me borrow temporary units while my AC was down, but I didn’t need them because I had my own. These guys are awesome. I’ve had the same service from them at home and at my work. I highly recommend them! 7 out of 5 stars!

New to the area and contacted Comfort Services for preventive maintenance. Was not sure what to expect. It was a pleasure working with Ryan. He seemed very knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had about the HVAC system. Very thorough in his work and I'm glad I selected Wayne's Comfort Services for the job.

Just had our spring maintenance service performed. Ryan arrived on-time, and as always was very professional, courteous, and respectful. He was very efficient and methodical. When he discovered an issue he immediately notified me, explained the discrepancy, then had me witness the reading on his meter. Wayne’s Comfort Services has a proven track record of on-time service and being very responsive. I always recommend them whenever I get asked about any heating or cooling needs.

Wayne promptly scheduled my maintenance for the HVAC system not cooling. Ryan arrived slightly before the appointment time and quickly diagnosed my issue. He promptly changed the defective part and checked my system to ensure everything else was working perfectly. He was extremely friendly and professional. I wish all service providers were this good. More great service from Wayne and Ryan. The newest unit I have went out at 4:45 in the afternoon. It happens to be the unit to the portion of my house where my 85 year old Mom lives.
I called Wayne to set up an appointment for the next day. Wayne said that he thought Ryan was in the area and that Ryan would want to stop by today. In this case Ryan showed up 15 minutes later and took care of our issue in 15 minutes. I know even they can't always react that quickly but if they can make it happen, they will. Thanks again so much guys. By the way, I called Wayne a few weeks ago about a client of mine that owns a condo and had a guest arriving in a few hours.
