Just a note about your crew working at our home today. After 25 years as a Climatemp customer, once again we experienced service “excellence”. Cam, Clancy, Bull, Cole, Hunter and a couple more rallied on New Year’s Eve, (day), to make our HVAC installation quick and efficiently on a busy day. Thanks again!

Stan did a great job of putting a muffler on my noisy Heat Pump. After 3 other repairmen tried other avenues, Stan called Carrier and it seems many of the newer models need a muffler.

Cam and Bull did a great job. Cleaned up all areas and were very efficient in their job.

I had a great experience with Climatemp. Stan and Tristan were professional, informative, and efficient. They figured out a difficult problem with our air conditioner and provided a solution on the same day that I called them. I am grateful for their quick response to our problem!

THE 5 STARS ARE FOR THE TECHNICIAN, STANLEY. We have had multiple issues with our units and we finally signed up on the maintenance plan. I wish we had done that sooner. Our technician, Stanley, was wonderful. He listened to my complaints and the issues I was having with our units and he made it right. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend STANLEY!

Stanley was excellent at explaining what was wrong with our a/c unit and giving us options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate his patience as I asked a ton of questions. Highly recommend!

Cam and Hunter installed a new HVAC system today in 6 hours. They were polite and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me how to use the new thermostat and maintain our new unit. They cleaned up very well and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their work.

We strongly advise against using Climatemp for HVAC services based on our disappointing experience.

Upon returning home after some time away, we discovered that our upstairs air conditioning had stopped working. We called the number listed on our HVAC unit, which led us to Climatemp. They scheduled a technician visit after taking my contact information and credit card details, informing me of a service fee, which I agreed to.

When the technician arrived, he diagnosed the issue as a failed blower, which was under warranty. He stated that they would order the replacement part and return to install it once available. He then left without providing an invoice, or discussing any further charges, leading us to believe the warranty would cover the repair. Worse yet, he gave no direction as to any action that would prevent further damage. We are not from a climate that uses air-conditioning very often, so we did not know that a frozen up air handler would not drain as typical.

Several hours later, we returned home to find water leaking from our kitchen ceiling. Upon inspection, we realized the water was coming from the HVAC unit due to ice melting — again something the technician had failed to address, or mention before leaving.

To add insult to injury, I noticed an unexplained charge on my credit card. I immediately contacted Climatemp for clarification. They informed me of additional fees related to processing the warranty and installing the part—none of which had been disclosed upfront. I also reported the water damage, yet they made no effort to acknowledge or address it.

A second technician came to install the part, and we were charged again, all without ever receiving an invoice. Worse still, we later discovered additional water damage to our subfloor, along with mold growth resulting from the leak.

When I called to discuss a resolution, the office manager was extremely uncooperative, made every attempt to evade addressing the issue, and ultimately hung up on me.

Given the lack of transparency, poor workmanship, and complete disregard for customer service, I strongly urge others to avoid Climatemp to prevent unnecessary expenses and property damage.
