Tech showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of our system. He came up with a couple of concerns which we approved repair. Good service. Reasonable price.

Gavin was courteous, professional, and an excellent communicator. During this first preventative maintenance visit he explained everything he was checking - and left our home in exactly the same condition as when he arrived. A pleasure to have met him.

We had an unbelievably GREAT experience with Island Air! We had some air conditioner issues last night and the house got quite warm overnight. We called Island Air this morning and they had technicians at our home by early afternoon! Jayson was hands down the best air con technician I've ever met! He quickly identified the issues and took the time to answer all of my questions. And because we have a service contract with Island Air for annual maintenance, the repair costs were minimal. Tonight the house is once again cool and comfortable (no small task in Orange Beach in August!) Island Air provides profession service at a fair price. Thank you Island Air!

Tech came out right away and was so quick to find my AC problem. He fixed it while here and I was thrilled that I had a cool house again. Wonderful work!

Island Air has been servicing our A/C for several years now. They have always taken excellent care of us and responded fast when we had an emergency.

Update 8/6/20: A/C quit cooling, called in and someone came out and had it fixed in less than an hour. Same great service from Richard.
Update 4/4/25: Needed service on a weekend for a burnt contactor. From call to repair was about an hour. Got my 15 year old Carrier back up and running fine.

Great, friendly and timely service! Called them while I was out of the country and left message about 4 am. They called me back within 3 hours and got technician out to identify problem and get my system working. Followed up with warranty repairs at the quotes estimate! No games. No gimmicks.

Island Air folks are pros! We have used them for repairs several times. The prices are reasonable and techs arrive very quickly.

Will never use them again. Came out said my freon was low and they didn’t make that kind anymore so I needed a new unit. Quoted $8300 for a 1 1/2 ton unit. I got a second opinion and they said conditions on that day would’ve made it impossible to gauge if the freon was low. Turned out the freon wasn’t low and if I decide to get a new unit it would be thousands less than Island Air quoted me. Really disappointed, I used them for years.

Can’t thank Island Air enough for fixing my AC on a Sunday evening. Zach is a complete rockstar. He is truly an expert in what he does. Whatever he gets paid, it is not enough 😀. I will for sure use Island Air and request Zach for all my AC needs.

Wonderful experience with Island Air. We called for a same day service and they were able to come right out and promptly fixed the issue and had our home cooled back down very quickly. No fuss and right to the point. We will for sure be using them for all of our air/heating needs in the future at our beach rental in Fort Morgan.

Fast service on Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. They were very efficient and didn’t charge an extreme amount for after hours service. Will definitely use them again.

Arrived at our home on a hot day with the ac out. Island air had the ac back on in less than two hours. Amazing service.

Island Air immediately sent a technician to find the problem with my A/C not cooling good. He found and correctly the problem in a reasonable time and did a fantastic job. I'm well pleased and won't hesitate to call them in the further with any of my A/C needs.

Had a very good visit with Billy, who was right on time and went straight to work. Billy checked out and cleaned a number of items and said that he found zero problems. He was very informative and answered several questions that I had concerning operations, maintenance and general use. The visit was to my benefit and I was well pleased.

I arrived at my vacation home on Friday before the Memorial Day weekend to find one of my AC systems down. I called Friday evening after hours and left a message with the answering service. I got a call from Island at 8 am on Saturday to confirm the problem and Jamie (very polite and personable as well as highly competent) was out my house and had my system functioning by 10. These are good people.
