The carpet cleaning specialist from Cody's Carpet Cleaning, let's say his name is Keith, performed an outstanding job on a carpet that was stained with a difficult substance. He also made sure to clean up after his work. I contacted them on a Monday to arrange a service, and by Tuesday morning they were here in Fultondale. They were prompt and efficient, which I greatly appreciated.

If there was something lower than a one star, that what they would get. My carpet looks like it wasn't touched. Horrible job!!! Go with someone trusted. This is not the company, and the price was $100 higher.

The team was fantastic. They were quite friendly and kept me updated on what they were doing every step of the way during the carpet cleaning process. The job didn't take as long as I anticipated. Cody's Carpet Cleaning's guys, like colin and eric, were especially good at their work. I'll provide more feedback after I've had a chance to observe my carpets for a day or so to see if the cleaning was a worthwhile investment. This happened in Fultondale.

The thought of getting my carpet ready for sale was initially stressful, especially considering the impact of six kids on my carpet. However, Bentley from Cody's Carpet Cleaning was exceptionally professional and well-informed about carpet cleaning, which made the entire procedure straightforward. i got in touch with a carpet cleaning service when i went to see my elderly dad and discovered that their home had a dreadful pet smell. i found them on google which showed they had fantastic feedback, so i arranged for them to come over. initially, the office lady was really sweet and truly wanted to help, considering i was only in Fultondale for a couple of days. she managed to send Philip out on the very same day. when philip arrived, he was very friendly and put us at ease. he even succeeded in restoring the light beige carpet that had turned black back to its original color. it was incredible to see their home return to a more pleasant environment, the kind you'd want for someone you care about!! a big thanks to the carpet cleaning team for a great experience!!

We employed the expertise of Cody's Carpet Cleaning for our carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. Their technician, Jalen, was genuine and informed us that our carpets were actually clean and didn't need cleaning at that moment. Colin did a remarkable job with our carpet and upholstery cleaning. Most importantly, he is one of the most considerate individuals I have ever met. My husband suffers from dementia and Colin was incredibly patient and respectful with him. I highly recommend Colin and will be asking for him for any future carpet cleaning services I may require in Fultondale.

Our carpets have experienced everything, especially with our new puppy's frequent mishaps. Despite my constant cleaning, the stains just wouldn't disappear. Cody's Carpet Cleaning, however, managed to tackle two bedroom carpets in just 30 minutes, including a deodorizer. All spots vanished! Bentley and Eric were professional and efficient. The carpets in our Fultondale home now smell fresh and look as good as new!

i scheduled a carpet cleaning service in fultondale with cody's carpet cleaning. at first, there were a couple small issues, but after reaching out to the main office, philip, the manager, quickly made sure everything was taken care of and the job was finished right away. the original technician and another worker came back to finish the last part of the cleaning. they really showed that they go the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.

We want to express our gratitude for the fantastic service we received when we needed help after our daughter's wedding. After the ceremony, we discovered that the candles had dripped wax onto the carpet around the altar—quite a bit of wax, actually. A prompt call assured us that help would be on the way right before the evening service. Not only did he arrive on short notice, but the carpet cleaning was so thorough that it looked as if nothing had ever happened. The priest even remarked that we must have connections to make this happen! We are so thankful for the quick and effective carpet cleaning service.

I had a fantastic experience with a carpet cleaning service for my older rug. The team was transparent about the cleaning costs and provided helpful insights regarding the condition of my rug, considering its age and materials. They offered various options for care and maintenance without any pressure to spend more. I was also impressed by their understanding of the latest techniques in the carpet cleaning industry! I will definitely choose this service again for any rug or carpet needs. A+

The carpet cleaning service did a fantastic job on our rugs. They took their time and were very careful, even moving furniture and placing it on foam to protect the wet carpet. The staff was knowledgeable and when I asked about cleaning a chair, they were very attentive. They checked the care instructions and informed me that my cotton chair might shrink, which was honest and appreciated. They also made helpful recommendations. I highly recommend their services; you will be very pleased!
