i had my carpet cleaned a while ago and have just now found time to write this review because the service was so great, i had to share! i contacted about 6 different carpet cleaning companies before going with cody's carpet cleaning. after talking to a few places, i got a helpful text from keith, who explained i could call or text any time, even send photos if i had any problem spots, and he let me know they had an opening right away. that made my choice easy! the next day, bentley came out right on time to clean the carpets. there was a little issue, not their fault, just that the carpet belonged to an elderly parent who had a lot of stray cats, so you can imagine it needed extra care. bentley did an amazing job and when he finished, the carpet looked fantastic! keith and bentley kept me updated the whole time, which really showed how much they care about their customers. you could tell they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. don't bother with other companies, go with the best—choose cody's carpet cleaning. you won't be disappointed!

I've engaged Cody's Carpet Cleaning on several occasions, and their customer service is top-notch. They always respond to inquiries promptly and are punctual. Bentley was the one who cleaned my carpets recently, and he was superb and professional. Before starting, he explained the task at hand and the cost involved, taking his time to ensure thorough cleaning. My carpets look as good as new!

cody's carpet cleaning has been around for many years. i remember my mother using them, and they’re just as good now as they were before. the two young workers, jalen and eric, were very polite and did an excellent job on my carpets. we even had a good laugh together because i tried to clean the carpet myself before, but i left soap behind, and what i thought was dirt was actually just leftover soap. the whole experience was great and the team was awesome. i will definitely use them again for carpet cleaning in fultondale.

I needed a local carpet cleaning service, so I reached out to Cody's Carpet Cleaning for an on-site estimate after browsing several websites. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and customer service during the estimate. When they learned that some of the carpets required cleaning due to pet accidents, they recommended getting waterproof rug mats. The price was so affordable that I decided to go ahead and order the mats for my area rugs, and I even had my new rug, which arrived while they were at my home, sent for protection. They mentioned it would take about 10-14 days to get the rugs back. To my surprise, they completed the job in less than a week and delivered them the day before Thanksgiving! I am extremely impressed and will definitely be recommending this carpet cleaning service to my friends.

cody's carpet cleaning is fantastic! philip came out and cleaned my carpet after i had tried other out-of-town companies, but they never got my carpet truly clean. once i called, my carpet looked like new again and was dry in just an hour! i would recommend them to anyone in fultondale who wants their carpets or furniture to look fresh again. i think they can even handle car upholstery. i don’t usually write reviews, but this time i had to—if i could, i’d give 20 stars!

Outstanding Carpet Cleaning Service - Don’t waste your time with other carpet cleaning services, this one is truly exceptional. Bentley skillfully removed candle wax and gum before vacuuming out a significant amount of dust from the carpet. After the steam cleaning, the carpet looked brand new—soft and almost dry. He even arrived the very next day after my call, demonstrating his expertise in the field. Having managed many rentals, I can confidently say this is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever encountered. Forget the others; this is the top choice!

The carpet cleaning service I received in Fultondale was excellent from start to finish. When I called to book, they had several appointment times open, including early morning, mid-morning, and afternoon slots. After setting up the appointment, I got an email confirmation, and the day before, they sent a reminder. On the day of the cleaning, they called to let me know they were on the way, and since they arrived 20 minutes early, they checked to see if that worked for me. Before starting, they carefully put down protective runners over my hardwood floors. They managed to get out tough stains left by a contractor, and the deodorizer they used made the whole room smell amazing. Everything feels so fresh and clean now. Colin and Keith were very polite and professional. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company.

i contacted cody's carpet cleaning on a monday morning and was happy they could fit me in the very next day. my husband was home and said keith was polite, very professional, and finished cleaning all our carpets in just over an hour, including two bedrooms, the dining room, and living room. when i got home from work, i was so pleased with how fresh and spotless everything looked. being in nesting mode, this really took a load off my mind while we get ready for our baby. great job and we'll definitely use this service again!

I was really happy with the carpet cleaning service I got! I had used them before in Fultondale and was pleased, so I decided to try them again. I set up an appointment to have my carpets and area rugs cleaned. Eric was the one who came out, and he did a fantastic job! The two bedrooms with wall-to-wall carpet came out looking great. They also cleaned two wool area rugs in my house and took a nicer area rug back to their shop, finishing it quickly. Eric was very professional, hardworking, and had a great attitude the whole time. There was no pressure to buy any extra services, which I appreciated. While Eric was there, I asked if they also cleaned tile and grout. He said yes, took measurements, and gave me an estimate right away. I scheduled the tile cleaning, and both Philip and Eric came together to do the job. They worked really hard, especially since I had some problems from a previous company, but they got everything looking clean and fresh. I’m extremely happy with the results and would recommend their carpet cleaning to anyone in Fultondale. I’ll definitely use them again!

Eric came out to clean all the carpets in our new house. I highly recommend his carpet cleaning services. Eric was very polite, arrived on time, and worked quietly without causing any disruptions. I had a fantastic experience with my recent carpet cleaning. Keith and his team cleaned all the carpets downstairs, both couches, plus the stairs and landing. They got out every stain, and now everything looks fresh and almost new again. The crew was quick, right on schedule, very friendly, and truly professional. Their cleaning process was great—everything dried in just a couple of hours, which was so helpful with the warm weather here. My home feels so clean and comfortable now. I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company in Fultondale. They gave me a window for when they would arrive and kept me updated throughout the day. Colin showed up right on time and was able to remove some tough coffee stains from my carpet that another cleaner couldn’t get out before. I also asked if he could clean a white faux suede bench that my cat had gotten dirty the night before, and he took care of that too—even an old water mark disappeared! My home smelled fresh and the carpets and furniture looked brand new. I’ll definitely use their carpet cleaning services again in the future.

We had our medical clinic carpets in Fultondale professionally cleaned, and the results were fantastic. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and had lots of tough stains, especially in the hallway near the break room where food had been spilled. Eric arrived early before our clinic opened, took care of all the carpets, and finished everything before any patients came in for their appointments. Now, the carpets look so much better and the stains are completely gone. Eric was very professional and answered all our questions. We also appreciated that the carpets dried quickly, so we could walk on them right away without any waiting. The whole process was fast and made a huge difference in how our floors look. Highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!

I’m so happy I found this carpet cleaning service. I was in the middle of moving and really wanted to save my sentimental 7x10 area rug, but I needed a same-day cleaning at my old place. Eric came out just two hours after I called, even though he had just finished another job. He gave me a free, honest assessment and a fair price. Eric really knows his stuff when it comes to different types of rugs and carpets. The cleaning was done carefully, and my rug was left looking fresh and was dry in only about 40 minutes! I’m thrilled to have my rug looking great again and I’m very glad I found such a reliable carpet cleaning service.

Philip was friendly and professional throughout the process. I requested a quote for carpet cleaning, and he responded quickly with a great price. He kept me updated on his arrival time and finished cleaning the carpets in less than an hour. Philip made sure the stairs all the way up to the third floor looked spotless, and he also took care of an area rug for me at the last minute with no trouble. After the job, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results and thanked me for choosing their service. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning services in Fultondale!

We had our office carpets cleaned today in Fultondale. The carpets were extremely dirty, but after the cleaning, they looked fantastic and fresh. The office downstairs noticed the great results and also had their carpets cleaned. Since our office turned out so well, I scheduled to have my home carpets cleaned immediately afterward. The previous owner of my house had dogs, so the carpets were in rough shape and had a strong odor. After the cleaning, they looked beautiful and smelled fresh. I am very grateful for the hardworking team who went above and beyond, even doing a few extra touches and working quickly the whole time. I felt completely comfortable leaving while they worked. Colin, one of the workers, stood out for his positive attitude and cheerful energy. While he was working, a neighbor needed help carrying something heavy to their truck. Colin jumped right in to help and then got right back to cleaning the carpets. In my tech job, I know how important it is to have reliable workers who can stay focused and handle interruptions without losing pace. This team really impressed me. I will definitely recommend them to others in Fultondale and will use their carpet cleaning services again.

I had a wonderful experience with Cody's Carpet Cleaning. Bentley came out to my home in Fultondale and cleaned five of my rugs, each a different size. He took care to deodorize them, and now they all look and smell so fresh—like new again! The best part was how honest and trustworthy he was. My largest wool rug had some tough dog stains, and Bentley explained right away that it would be a real challenge to get them out completely. He still put in the effort to clean part of the rug and didn’t even charge me for that section. It’s rare to find someone so upfront and dependable. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone needing carpet or rug cleaning.

I reached out to Cody's Carpet Cleaning and Jalen got back to me really fast. The prices were very reasonable and the job was finished quickly. My carpets looked like they had seen a lot of rough days before, but now they look fresh and almost new again. Jalen also took care of an upholstered chair that had been through a lot with kids treating it like a dining table, and now it's spotless. The service was fantastic and Jalen was truly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this company for carpet and upholstery cleaning!
