So happy with the results of the work done on my townhouse/patio home by Coastal Alabama Cooling. Richard and Luke came in, examined the situation, took photos, made a plan and executed it flawlessly. Ductwork cleaning and maintenance is not a project any of us want to do, but it is vital.

It’s been a long time coming and lots of prayer. I’ve been trying to find someone that works on manufactured homes, A/C and ductwork repairs. I googled A/C companies around me and the top ten A/C popped up. I called The first one, but they did not do my area so I called the second company and it was Coastal Alabama Cooling. I spoke to Richard and he said he would come out and see what he could do. Richard and Luke came out today they were very professional respectful and ready to listen to my situation. Once we were finished talking they were eager to get started and see what the actual problem was. Once they were done under the house they knew all what was wrong and how they could fix it. Richard and Luke were very thorough on explaining everything that they had found, showed pics that they had taken under the house so I could see it and understand what they were talking about. So thankful and grateful for Richard and Luke to come out today, take the time to talk to me and listen and help us solve the problem. God bless them and there company.

This company was recommend by a friend. They responded very quickly when we reached out and got us scheduled right away. Rodger the tech arrived early. Was friendly asked questions about was going on with the unit. He explained what the issue when he got it diagnosed - Easy to work with an will use them again.

Luke and Richard did an amazing job making sure that my family was taken care of when our air conditioner died. They made sure that portable units made it to my home, and my wife and kids got some relief as soon as physically possible. They went and got a new unit and had it installed with no time to spare. Luke keeps dog treats in the service van, all of my pups were very grateful and didn't attack him because of that :) Look this company knows what Integrity is, they are honest, and hard working. Richard really knows what his community means to him, and I will be a customer for life!
