I just wanted to give a shout out for the efficient service Jarrod gave our system for his last stop of the week on his way home after a challenging day. He treated the call as if we were the first of the day. He took his time to check everything, clean everything, and follow-up on any other concerns we had. The always helpful and on-top-of-everything Chesley had phoned ahead to be sure it would be okay if he kept the late appointment. Called this company today to try to get help with my beach condo HVAC that suddenly stopped working. I have never spoken to them before in my life. The lady that answered the phone chewed me out about some unpaid bill then hung up on me. Obviously, she confused me with someone else.

I called back and tried to politely explain that I was calling as a new prospective customer. She said that she was not interested and "sorry that you wasted your breath!" before hanging up on me again. I'm stunned at how rude she was.

I will have to say that they were very FAST to come and FAST to fix my problem. Very nice too. Kody did a wonderful job and I would tell anyone to use them! Thanks to Kody and Bateman Heating and Air!

Our HVAC stopped working Called 7:00 am on a Sunday. Will immediately came out. Diagnosed, fixed and got us cooling by 9:00am. All covered under our Maintenance Agreement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned company.

I called because our unit was making a strange noise, and they came out within the hour and checked everything out. The owner was super nice on the phone and so was the man who came to our home. He figured out the issue and got right on getting us a quote to get it fixed. It is extremally hot out and I appreciate the promptness of this company!

WOW! I received such genuine customer service from Luke & Richard today. Informative of the process & compassionate regarding my concerns of the fog treatment safety for my cat. I am 3 wks new to the area (from PA), & they even suggested some great local points of interest.
