I want to thank David Pardue for coming out, fixing up my air conditioner QUICK (had a part in his truck), taking time to explain what happened to it and also telling me about the maintenance plan (which we have been discussing doing!)- Professional service. Also I called last night when it went out and it was about 930PM- I was looking to leave a message so they would get it in the morning but someone ANSWERED the phone. Quick response on a Saturday. Technician found problem, needed to order part (damper). Expect to near price and schedule Monday. At the end of 2022 Rob did an excellent job arriving on time and performing routine service plus advising me of a problem with one of my units…since fixed.

Robert, Payton, and Erwin from Climatemp did an outstanding job on replacing our air conditioner. They came out within a few days of being called and were super friendly as they worked. Will be using this company again without a doubt if I ever need repair work done again.

Very pleased with the installation service and professionalism of Clancy, Ryan, and Tim. Climatemp provided an estimate on Monday and fit me in for installation on Thursday through Saturday!

Great company and people. Chris, was kind and quite helpful in assisting me with my AC needs. In and out, good job all around. I'd recommend him personally, for a great tech who is attentive and has attention to detail.

We had an air conditioning emergency and Climatemp was at our condo within 30 minutes. The tech, Denver, was wonderful explaining everything to us and couldn't have been more professional. Anytime we have used Climatemp the service has been excellent. We wish we had such excellent service where we live!

I had the best experience with Climatemp. Brian and joey were amazing. They were prompt, very professional, and extremely nice. Brian came out the night before not to give us an estimate but he also let us borrow and installed a window unit in my 4 year olds room to keep her cool. We have had Climatemp install new systems at our Condo and for my wife’s mothers house. Additionally, we have had them do the maintenance for years as well. Rob has done a great job of performing our maintenance, and when we replaced the house HVAC system due to Hurricane Sally, he helped us increase our return register - which made the system work even better

Overall I had some of the best service from the nicest gentleman I've ever met. The one who made the most impression was Mr. Payton English he was very respectful, and very friendly. I also noticed him working very hard. Thanks Climatemp & Payton for making my experience awesome!

Being a house full of people who keep the A/C on all year round, when our A/C went out we needed a resolution ASAP! Rob was very responsive and helped us with no hassle! Would recommend Rob and this business all day long!

Scott Adams was sent by Climatemp to do our air conditioning systems regular maintenance.

He is very professional, and his work ethics is commendable.

He explains to you what he is doing. He thoroughly does the systems check/test, monitors the system performance and makes recommendations as a result of the checks/tests. He is not in a hurry performing the maintenance and sees to it that the work area is clear and clean prior to closing and leaving.

Our experience with Scott is excellent. We hope Climatemp will continue to employ people with such customer service and work ethics caliber.

As a Commercial General Contractor doing business in Alabama for over 30 years I would never recommend this company to anyone. Climatemp replaced my condenser and air handler (split system) and two month later it quit working. I called them and after they finally got a tech out there they told me the line sets needed to be replaced at an additional cost of over $400. Here are my issues.
A. I asked to speak to the owner and he never bothered to call to discuss the issue.
B. The line sets were never discussed in the original quote, even as an option, so as far as I knew when buying a new unit everything would be new.
C. The only people that touched the line sets was “Climatemp”.
D. It took 3 days to get this resolved, they refused to do anything until “Climatemp” received their money.
This is not how you run a company and keep a good reputation.

Had a disaster. Water heater, AC unit, smoke, etc. Had a service person out in 30 minutes. All units were 15+ years old and definitely needed replacing. We're able to have an install crew out in 36 hours. Everything new and very reasonably priced. Employees were very courteous. We recommend them and even signed for the maintenance plan. Saved the day!!

I live in Dallas and purchased a Beach Home in Ft Morgan. With 43 years in Commercial HVAC my experience with the 2 Service Companies my Management company provided left me questioning their abilities. I then called the installing Contractor Climatemp
