We had a great experience with Gulf Coast Cooling Company in Gulf Shores. They came out when they said they would and repaired a non-working air conditioner with a $10part. We purchased their service contract and they are on our own 5 star list. I love a company you can trust. Awesome!!!!

Great service. They graciously came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Couldn't have asked for more from this service (Aug. 2018)...And since I can't leave more than 1 review with my profile I'll now (Jan. 2019) add that 4 months later they came out again with the exact same level of awesomeness to repair the heating system in my 25 year old set-up. Honest, Intelligent, Friendly. Can't ask for more. Highly recommend.

After reading several reviews I decided to call Gulf Coast Cooling for a price on installing REME-Halo air purification system. I had received a quote from a larger company that appeared to be extremely pricey. After calling a few places I found that most were in the same ball park. That is until I called Gulf Coast Cooling. Let’s just say the MUCH cheaper price ended up be a small part of a great experience. Donnie is a straight shooter with years of experience and it’s obvious he knows what he’s doing. No one else will ever do work on my AC. Thanks Donnie.

Great company! New HVAC system installed in a very timely manner, 4 hours. Chose the complete system after Donnie gave several options that would’ve work and saved money. He was very thorough in explaining alternatives. An honest, reliable, fair professional, which has been very hard to come by in this area. This is the company you want for your HVAC needs. I was in need of air conditioner repair. Found this company on line. Donnie, owner responded within an hour to Ft. Morgan. He gave the unit a complete inspection, found the problem had it fixed at a fair price and was very professional. He also has a great personality. Highly recommend.

Donnie came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call. I thought I needed a new condenser and was ready to buy one. Donnie checked my system thoroughly and discovered it was a bad breaker. He never tried to sell me anything and at the time I was vulnerable. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He is my HVAC guy from now on. I called Gulf Coast Cooling to inquire about replacing my HVAC System and expected to leave a voicemail. Donnie answered my call then proceeded to inspect my unit and provided a written quote the same day. Not what I expected. The new unit was installed in March on the date we agreed to. The price, communication, and professionalism were all outstanding. I can't recommend Donnie enough, it was a seamless, pain free, and fantastic experience.

These guys are the best! The AC unit completely died at the condo, they responded to the service call almost immediately even though it was late in the afternoon. Then they came back first thing the next morning, replaced both the inside and outside units quickly and efficiently, and at a great price. They did great work, cleaned up the work area before they left. We really loved how Donnie and his team took the time to talk to us and give us some information about everything so that we knew more about AC products and such. Great guys, definitely recommend!
