Great response time! Very efficient and kept me in the loop. Just installed a whole house generator (hopefully never have to use it..but just in case!) Did an awesome job!

Our Generac Generator was not working and Generac recommended we contact Pro HVAC as a certified service company to come and diagnose the issue. Darin came out the same day and figured out the problem, got the part, and installed it. The generator is back up and functioning properly again!

Darin came as soon as he could and replaced the fan motor on our unit. I was told by another company the day before it couldn't be fixed. He saved us tons of money. The other company just tried to sell us a new unit. You guys are great! Thank you

Darin showed up on a Friday, to assess a possible full HVAC replacement quote, as this is what another company had told us would need to be done. This other company had been our provider for many years. After looking at our system, he determined that we only needed a fan blower and switch replaced. He literally saved us thousands; over $8,000 actually. He anticipated being able to fix the issue the following Monday, but then within the hour contacted my husband to let him know that he would be back out the same day to get us back up and running. Amazing response, over delivered on service, and was very professional. Moving forward, we will be contracting Darin for any HVAC services.

During the hard freeze in the middle of January, 2024, our HVAC compressor outside iced up. Our Home Warranty sent Darin of Pro HVAC out to diagnosis. Darin responded quickly and double checked his work looking for Freon leaks. He told us that caps were missing on the valves outside and the dryer was rusting laying in out-of-control weeds near the AC. He warned us to not damage the wiring anymore with a weed eater. Of course, the Home Warranty did not cover our claim, but Darin came back the afternoon we called him back to fix the Freon leak. When the outside compressor iced again, he came back again that afternoon and fixed it after being up since 4 am dealing with emergencies. He gave us good guidance about how much to invest in repairs in our AC system that is 10 years old. We will only be calling him again for repairs.

Darrin- the Owner of Pro HVAC was awesome!! I had an emergency at my rental property. I called several other HVAC business but no one answered. Darren answered immediately and was there within the hour and troubleshooted the issue. I highly recommend and we use Darren for all of my future rental properties and my home! He was honest and genuine and that's huge for me!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Darin came out the same day I called him and repaired my outside unit and went above and beyond what he originally came out for and figured out why my heat wasn’t coming on. His prices are reasonable and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work he produces. 10/10 would recommend using ProHVAC if you ever have a need.

We have a short term rental property in Gulf Shores. Our guests reached out to let me know the AC was not working, I called Pro HVAC at 8:01am on a Saturday morning and by 8:34am it was repaired and back up and running. Couldn't be happier with the service, I highly recommend!

Arrived at my West Beach house last week during freezing temps to discover the HVAC was not working. Called a few of the first in line Google placeholders with no success to get help at 8 pm. Found Darin at Pro HVAC who came out at 8:30 (was there 30 minutes after I called.) He identified the issue in 10 minutes and replaced the blown part in another 30! Darin is now my HVAC go to on the Gulf...I cant say enough about not only the fast and reasonably priced service but also his attitude. I wasnt gouged just because I needed evening help in the cold though I likely would have paid him much more for heat. If you need help CALL PRO HVAC!

5 ⭐️ EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Came to my home on a Sunday within an hour of calling him. We had called two other AC companies before finding Darren, and all they did was try and sell us a new unit. He fixed our unit, and did not over charge us at all! He is very neat, took pictures
to show us, and was VERY VERY fair on pricing! I cannot thank him or recommend him enough!
