Great service! Same day appointment and he took time out to explain what was going on with my AC! He offered to provide a quote for both options. My house is already cooling off and he was here less than 45 minutes.

Denver was awesome! Came in immediately diagnosed the issue and addressed it. A highly experienced technician that knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend you ask for him for any hvac needs.

Dylan was professional and was able to quickly unclog the toilet of our rental unit using an auger. My only complaints are that he arrived 24 hrs after we were initially told to expect a technician. Plus, the amount charged was at least double what we would have paid for the same service at home. Perhaps that is to be expected at the beach but a more transparent estimate of what to expect would have been nice since I asked when I scheduled the service.

I’ve dealt with quite a few AC guys in the past many many of them were bad. From overcharging to not fixing the problem and still charging and refusing to come back out to fix the problem correctly. Ricky Brown was very professional, Affordable, Knowledgeable, He utilized his resources to diagnose Our new AC after It had an issue. According to him, the thermostat was causing the AC to not turn off. I warranted out our thermostat and installed the new one and our problem is resolved. I will be adding him to our contacts for our new AC guy in this area.

Robin did a great job finding the problem with a heat pump that was not heating or cooling. He also helped us replace a different unit that was old and needed to be replaced. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure everything is right before he moves on to the next call. .

We needed a garbage disposal installed and selected Roberts Cooling, Heating and Plumbing as our contractor. Bridget arrived on time and efficiently and professionally installed a disposal in a very tricky spot. We initially thought we were not going to be able to have a disposal. However, Bridget quickly found a solution to the problem and worked to make it happen. She left the area spotless and we would highly recommend her to anyone with any plumbing needs.

Absolute 5 star service! Within 1 hour of texting my property owner that our AC was out, we had cold air blowing out of our vents. Roberts earned every bit of my future business and will recommend to anyone by word of mouth. Thanks for the quick turn around.

My mother had a ac modulator go out on a Saturday and Roberts came out same day and got her up and running. I received communication from 3 different people on a Saturday. They fit her in on a limited staffing day and left at almost 8pm. The technician treated my mother w respect and she said he made her feel like she was safe to be around him. With my father passing last November, this is what matters the most. I live an hour away from their locations, but I would be happy to pay the upcharge for travel touse this company. Roberts Cooling gets the golden rule of business, and built a success with one thing in mind, to build a relationship with the customer. Would give them 20 stars if I could. In 2025 it is nearly impossible to find companies that are at the top of their game, but didn't forget what matters most.

Denver was a very polite, friendly and informative technician. He was well equipped to handle our elusive problem. He performed 3 different Freon searches with different test equipment to verify he had located an extremely difficult Freon leak.

We needed repair on the furnace and Roberts sent out technician Brandon! Honestly this young man was on time, friendly and very sufficient at his trade!
