Kaleb was our plumber and he did a fantastic job today. We had some problems with our hardware on our bathroom sinks and he stuck with it until he got the job done. His work is so meticulously done.

Exterior wall was leaking and staining interior wall, called Roberts at 2:20pm and Sam was at my house at 3pm! Found the problem (a tiny misting pinhole in the pipe) and had it fixed and driving off by 4pm! Sam was friendly, professional and efficient! Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would highly recommend! Will call again! Thank you so much!

I woke up to a garage full of water. I started calling plumbers and Roberts came right away. They not only fixed the in the wall leak, they inspected everything and found another bad leak coming from my water heater. They gave me a great estimate, were very professional and fixed everything. Sam, Caleb and Preston were all very knowledgeable and did a Great job! I would highly recommend Roberts.

Brandon was great. He arrived before my expectations. He throughly checked our system and diagnosed the problem. Communicated through the entire process and got our unit back up and running. I will definitely be recommending this service and Brandon the technician.

Preston is an outstanding plumber! Had a major issue with my water lines in a slab, he showed up and got me put back on track. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using Roberts for any other problems that occur

I had a water line bust inside the shower wall and called and a tech named preston came in a very timely manner. He was very easy to work with snd respectful and had us fixed up quickly. 10/10 recommend.

Denver came out for a yearly inspection of my gas heating system. He was polite, pleasant, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he did and what things might need further attention. This is a model of how service should be provided.

Bridget was great! When our grinder pump stopped working, with a house full of guests, she worked us in over a weekend and got us up and going again. She answered all my questions, arrived when she said she would, and explained everything in detail.

Used Roberts for plumbing issue; was able to book visit easily and promptly; excellent service representative. Bridget was personable, knowledgeable and skilled. Had my problem sorted out and repaired in a few hours. My repair involved replacing all the hardware for a tub/shower, including soldering copper tubing to the unit and cutting an access hole in the wall. Finished work looks great and functions well. I will be happy to use Roberts in the future as needed.

Robert’s Cooling and Heating did an excellent job, and I especially want to recognize Ben for his outstanding work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The job was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this company and Ben if you’re looking for reliable, quality service!

Tre was absolutely great! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my A/C. He was professional, but still personable and interactive the whole time. I will admit that the labor rates were higher than I was expecting, but the quality of service was fantastic!

Really impressed with how everything went. The technician was on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole visit easy. I ended up signing up for the membership because of the maintenance visits and discounts, and it was way more valuable than I expected. Very happy with the service and I’ll definitely keep using Roberts for AC and plumbing.

Bridgett came out within an hour or so of our call to help my mother with her plumbing issues. She is competent and efficient and very pleasant. Excellent service!

They sent a service tech out in about an hour. Tracked down the problem, but had to order the part to fix it permanently. Meanwhile, they made a repair to allow the unit to work as normal until the part could be replaced. The part was replaced in a few days. Good communication, quality and timely service at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Dylan is great. Others advertise fast response only to dissapoint, Robert's actually does it. The company responded so quickly and addressed everything. very impressed. going to be a maintenence member after today.

So Happy. Roberts team especially service tech Linden Wright did an excellent job from quotes to final installation completion. The Amana system works as explained and it’s so quiet. We have plumbing needs in the near future so we will be using Roberts again for this work.

My power bill was continuing to rise to the point I had a 512.00 power bill. A Electrician,was called finding nothing. Power company said they didn't do this sort of thing. I call Climatemp,and I got Rob Beck. He came out found the problem,and my powerbill has already went down by 100.00 .Not only did he find the problem and fixed it, but gave me his cell number for me to text him about the up coming power bill. He was very professional, and worked in a trimely manner. I would recommend Climatemp for heating and air services. If you get Rob Beck, you are very lucky.

Noah was fantastic! When he got there, he found the issue and communicated with us and someone over the phone to address how we wanted the problem solved. He went out of his way to make sure we knew what he was doing and how it would fix the problem and he finally got our AC up and running. We really appreciated him and his knowledge!
