I highly recommend Rachael, Abby and all the folks at Apex roofing. They were recommended to me by a neighbor of mine and I couldn't have been happier with the results. My salesperson Rachael handled all my initial questions and planning and kept in contact with me even through the slow and drawn out process of working with my insurance adjuster.
When installation day came, things could not have gone more smoothly. The guys were coming in and getting set up when I left for work that morning and when I arrived home that evening they were done and other than the wonderful new roof, you'd hardly know they had been there.

The process of getting a new roof couldn't have been easier! From the initial claim with our insurance company all the way through to cleanup, everything was handled professionally, timely, and courteously. Rachael Fowler communicated everything very clearly about our choices, the claim, the step-by-step process, and additional things we might want to consider. They were never pushy but gave us what I feel was sound advice every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Apex (and have) to anyone looking for a first-rate roofing company.

I want to edit this review! It is years later and I discovered that they did such a quick job because they literally roofed over large holes in my roof that should have been repaired. They are fast and efficient because they cut corners!!!!!!

I never leave reviews but we had such a bad experience with Apex that I'm taking the time to do it. We've had probably 8 different roofing companies knock on our door in the past couple of years telling us they could work with our insurance company (State Farm) to get a new roof due to damage from storms. We went with Apex because I liked the rep (Rachel Fowler). She was friendly and helpful and they sent someone to look at our roof, who said there was hail damage. Rachel said of course they couldn't guarantee State Farm would pay for a new roof, but they had seen hail damage and they would send an Apex roofer to meet the adjuster to point out the hail damage they had seen and be our "advocate" with the insurance company. The day the adjuster came the Apex guy was 20 minutes late and when he got on the roof, instead of pointing out all this damage they originally told us was there, he agreed with the adjuster that in fact there was no hail damage on our roof. This was of course very frustrating as we would have never gone down this path if Apex had not originally told us there was damage. At first I thought all we had lost was a few hours of time but a few weeks later I was talking to State Farm on an unrelated matter when they mentioned our rate would be going up just because we had made the claim. So basically my insurance is costing me more because Apex told me they saw hail damage one day and then later admitted there actually wasn't any. In the end, they wanted to make a sale and they weren't worried about making sure their inspection was correct, or if there would be consequences to us. We knew Apex couldn't guarantee State Farm would pay for a new roof, but they should have made sure their inspectors knew how to spot damage, and they should have mentioned the risk that our insurance rates could go up just from making a claim, so we could have made an informed decision. If Apex knocks on your door, don't answer.

From first contact to final inspection, everything has been top-notch. The crew that actually did the work was amazingly fast and thorough. The roof is beautiful and there was no mess left at all. Apex roofing and restoration has been wonderful.

Apex Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof from hail damage. They first informed me that I might possibly had some damage. Rachel Fowler was awesome to work with. She was courteous and helpful in getting things arranged for our repair. Erin Shields did a great job of explaining everything that was needed in the repair process. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up well. I highly recommend using Apex Roofing for any future roofing needs.

From start to finish, our experience with Apex R&R and Rachael Fowler was exceptional! We could not have asked for better service and quality - as well as installation speed.
From assisting with storm damage inspection to guiding us through the installation process, we felt like we were assisted every step of the way.
After the install was complete, you honestly would have never known there had been a new roof put on the house - except for the fact it looked AMAZING! There was no evidence left, no trash left behind, nothing - everything was just as it was prior to the installation.

Apex Roofing did an excellent job on our home. The roof is fantastic. The crew was very respectful and kept our yard clean as they went not when they completed. Reid McMahon was the rep that we dealt with. He was a great help and completed nearly all of the leg work with my insurance company for the storm damage repairs. Working with Jae Washington from Apex roofing has been a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and so passionate about her job. She gave me comfort in filing a claim once I am ready. Jae really understands the value of time, and did not try to sell me, She informed me of the deals going on at Apex right now and gave me her expert opinion on my roof situation and walked me through the process. I have some deciding to do, but I will definitely be calling Apex for my roofing needs thanks to Jae for all her help, knowledge, and kindness.

Apex Roofing did an outstanding job for us. Rachel Fowler took charge and dealt with our insurance company every step of the way. We had contacted several other companies about roof replacement and once they found out who our ins. company was we wouldn’t hear from them again. Rachael got them to come out and inspect the roof with her and got us approved for a full replacement. She went way above and beyond with her help. Apex replaced my roof last month and I couldn't be any happier! They are great at their work and are very professional. They are very patient too and never rushed me in the project. I dealt with Kerri Wallis from the start to the end and she was phenomenal! Very prompt, caring, and professional! She took extra steps to ensure my roof was done the way I wanted to the extent of bringing in Mr Grant, the owner, to assess the finished roof!!

I highly recommend Apex. I was very picky when choosing a shingle color. Rachel, my salesperson, brought several rounds of samples the same day I requested them. Once I chose a color the order was placed right away and the install started soon after. The roof was replaced in less than a full day. The clean up was spotless. The roof looks great and all the previous leaks are dry. This was an insurance claim and Apex were very patient in waiting for payment. If you need a roof call Apex. I cannot say anything bad about the experience. A++++

Apex Roofing did a very good job with my roof installation and working with the insurance company, State Farm, to get my claim handled. The inspection and roof installation was done in a timely and professional manner. Rachel Fowler was very good to work with and was helpful in all respects. The gutter installation took a very long time, approximately 4 months, and I was not pleased with the amount of time it took to complete the job. The gutter contractor did a very good job when he finally got it completed.

Apex saved me during a time of great frustration. Whereas I spent far too long having to convince other companies that damage existed to my roof, Apex knocked on my door on their own after noticing the damage from the road. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and kept me constantly informed as they worked with my insurance where others wouldn't. Once the ball started rolling it was a simple and pleasantly fast process with nothing negative to report of Apex's sales team and their working crews. Now my roof is almost a year old and I couldn't have been more pleased with choosing Apex.
