Patrick O. was a great help with consulting and planning our new roof. He helped select a color that matched our home, and was very attentative through the process, and showed up on site during the installation to make sure I was taken care of. The crew was professional and quick and happy to work. Would definitely recommend Apex.

Horrible experience! They placed a very small downspout on a gutter. It was the wrong color. They were supposed to rebalance the gutter and repair a hole in the soffit. Neither of those things happened. I tried calling the representative and never got a returned call. I later learned that the rep left the company.

I had to pay another company to fix the gutter properly. The company would not return phone calls.

I finally received a phone call from their accounts payable saying I owed $800! I disputed the bill and now they call every month asking for payment.
I asked if they would reimburse me for the payment I made to the other company to fix the gutter properly and they simply ignored me and asked again for their $800.

I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I received a call from the president of the company. They gave a full refund and sent someone out to inspect the other concern I had. Mr. Burke restored my faith in the company and the concern they have from the top down.

Apex was an absolute pleasure to work with and a wonderful surprise. We took a chance on being their very first project in Springfield, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Tim, the area manager, impressed us right away with his confidence, knowledge, and professionalism. Chuck, another seasoned expert, was equally friendly and answered all of our questions with honesty and integrity. Brandon, the supervisor, was on site throughout the entire roof replacement—checking in at the start, during, and at the end of the process. The crew itself worked quietly (at least much quieter than we expected!), efficiently, and left the property spotless, with zero damage to our landscaping.

Our project coordinator, Taylor Orr, kept everything on track and stress-free. She was professional, personable, and always clear in her communication, whether it was scheduling or handling the financial side.

Beyond replacing the roof in just one day, Apex also repaired a water-damaged dormer window and prepared it for painting, which we later completed with another contractor. Apex even worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we got the best possible outcome—a true win/win for both sides.

From start to finish, Apex exceeded every expectation. Their combination of expertise, honesty, and customer care has made them our *go-to company* from here on out.

I can’t believe how easy Apex made getting our new roof! We lost a corner of our roof in a big storm. Rachael at Apex was helpful from start to finish! She was there for us during the insurance inspection to make sure they saw any and all damage and helped us get approved for a brand new roof! She reviewed all of the insurance steps and paperwork with us and made sure we understood it all - and trust me - I had a lot of questions and she had to re-explain a lot! We scheduled our new roof installment while we were out of the country, and Rachael ran point and handled it all for us! It was pretty great to be relaxing on vacation, drinking a strawberry daiquiri poolside in Mexico and get pics of your brand new roof! I can’t recommend Rachael and Apex enough! Hopefully, I won’t need another roof for a while, but when I do, I’ll definitely be a return customer!

Completed an entire roof replacement for a 5000+ square foot home with several high-pitched areas in 2 days. Seamless process working with our insurance. Arrived early and left late. The crew was professional the entire process. They did a great job cleaning up after. No damage to our yard and so far haven’t found a nail! Definitely recommended.
