Apex Roofing did a great job on replacing my roof. The process went very smoothly from the begining to the end. The customer service I received was very good. I would recommend using this company if you need a roof replaced.

Everyone I dealt with at Apex from sales to roofers to accounting was helpful and responsive. They answered all questions fully and quickly. The roof work was done on time and done well. Our main contact, Rachael Fowler, did a great job communicating, and her level of customer service is so much higher than most companies these days. She made the whole process easy and without stress. Apex also worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make all changes needed to the insurance company’s quote so that the roof was done well. Thanks to Rachael and all others who worked on our project!

I worked with Apex Roofing nearly 3 years ago and have not had any issues with my very complicated roof since. Their work is top quality, professional, and on schedule. They worked with my insurance and advocated for me to have no out of pocket cost and even had my roof updated to most current code guidelines. They are a local company with deep roots in the city of Birmingham with national resources and expertise.

My experience with Apex Roofing was superb. I cannot say enough good things - very professional people, high quality workmanship, and excellent follow through on all details. My customer service rep, Rachael Fowler, came right away to look at our roof the morning after a storm caused a leak. She documented damage, met with our insurance adjuster, and worked with our insurance company to get a new roof covered. Rachael is a perfectionist. She double and tripled checked everything - she even when around the house with a magnet an extra time to make sure all the nails were cleaned up. I recommend Apex without reservation.

It's never fun having a roof replaced, but APEX made the experience as painless as possible. I especially want to give a shout out to Rachael Fowler. I was impressed with her from the very first phone call. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. It was like having a friend in the business. Dealing with an insurance claim can be complicated.
But Rachael communicated directly with my insurance company and knew exactly what documentation to provide and how to navigate the claim process. She was truly instrumental in having my claim approved.
The APEX crew that did the work, were courteous, careful and respectful.
Jeremiah was also a pleasure to work with as he was the one who did the initial assessment and was my contact during the actual roof installation. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.
I would definitely use APEX again for any roofing work.

My husband and I through our lifetimes have had a few roofs replaced. The experience was absolutely the BEST by far! Usually doing something like this really isn't that fun but APEX made it a breeze for us. From the expert advice of the Rep when choosing the shingle style and color, to Keli and Shonda in the office, (they are wonderful) who kept us updated, and to the roofing crew, that was totally professional. Also, they did a great cleanup job. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you APEX Roofing and Restoration for the excellent job well done!!

I had a wonderful experience with the whole team at Apex. Kerri Wallis was exceptional to work with and so passionate about her job. She gave me comfort in filing a claim and was very knowledgeable! Kerri really understands the value of time and did not try to sell me, she just gave me her expert opinion on my roof situation and walked me through the process. During the installation the team was very professional and extremely hard working! I talked to a handful of Apex team members making sure I was satisfied with the complete process which was fantastic. The team made sure my newly installed shrubbery was protected and did multiple sweeps of the area to get as much debris as possible picked up. Overall 5 stars and I have recommended this company to many others due to my experience.

John Ireland was absolutely amazing helping us with every step on getting a new roof. I can’t imagine a better experience or ever working with anyone else. John Ireland and Apex Roofing are quite the combination.

This organization is not honest. They promised quality shingles but ended up using low quality one. Hence, I will not recommend this organization to anyone.

Patrick Odess from Apex was extremely thorough and professional. He arrived on time and answered all my questions. We used Apex to replace our roof in 2018 and I highly recommend them.

Apex proved to be a very well organized company from beginning to end. They dealt with our insurance company for us, quickly reroofed our home in a day, cleaned up, followed up inspecting and communicating with us as to any issues we may have had (none). I have been very pleased with Apex Roofing! They are professional, dependable and responsive. They replaced our roof over 10 years ago. We have had a few shingles come loose in the last year after different storms and they have been super quick to come back and replace the loose shingle. I sensed that Kerri would be good to handle a new roof project a few months ago when I asked for a quote. She tried to get insurance to pay it (was justifiable) but my carrier would not. So I told her if I ever needed a roof I would call her. Well fate brought that need up on a different house a couple weeks ago. Now that we are done I know I nailed it! She was AMAZING in every respect. Careful in the engagement process to fully inform me of all the project’s aspects. And constantly engaged during roof replacement process. Never met a better person to work with and I’m 72 and own 5 houses currently. Would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone looking for roofing needs. You can’t possibly find a better person or better care.

Everyone involved with replace our roof was extremely thorough, courteous and professional. I was called every day and given a detailed update on what was going to take place. A project manager was at my house every step of the way overseeing everything. The actual roofers worked fast and cleaned behind themselves constantly. I am very impressed with the honesty and transparency of their salesman Jonathan Wood. I have no background in roofing or any major household repairs, so these kinds of projects are always stressful. Jonathan helped give me clarity of the scope of the project and potential costs I need to consider before any work was started. Giving me a better understanding of my own situation was very helpful and from this interaction, I will be moving forward with Apex Roofing for all my repair and restoration needs.
