Had a complete unit with ductwork installed, Blake was my sales agent and Kaleb part off installation, GREAT service and communications!! Professional and always honest, if I had to do it over again I wouldn't change a thing, TOP TIER company!

Blake with this company is great. After having a horrible experience and jumping through hoops with another ac company I was told to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER!!!! He came out when he said it was. He was very nice, professional, honest! I will never use another company. These guys are awesome and I will highly recommend them to everyone!!!

While the cover was off of our vent our cat crawled in the duct and couldn’t get out. I called Budget Heating and Cooling and they immediately sent two people out. They were very professional and got my cat out quickly and safely! We will definitely be using them for future services since they were so great helping us out with our cat emergency.

They hooked me up with 4lbs of freon and a service call for only $530. I also got a quote for a new 2.5 ton Trane air conditioner and all new ductwork for just under $18,000! Fast and courteous and they even checked back with me 2 times to make sure I didn't need anything else. Thanks Budget!

Our technician was Blake Weaver. He was very professional, greeted us with a smile, and was very friendly. He was thorough, found the problem, and fixed it. We will certainly use this company again. We didn't have to wait long for him to come out to take care of us either.

The technician they sent out was extremely friendly and he took 5 mins to find out our issue with our unit. He recommended a new unit be installed i asked for a price about 10 minutes he came back in with a quote. I called around to see about prices it just didn't sound right. Every other business I called prices where almost half of what their's was. I was told that is way too expensive for the size unit I need by almost every other company I called. So if you don't mind spending more money go with them bc they are very friendly and I was told they would do anything to help keep us cool in the mean time. But I'd definitely call and see about prices from a few other companies.

Best experience with a A/C repair I have ever had. Was able to get to me the the very next day that I called and did the repair in just a few minutes. Guys who came out were super nice and friendly!

I have done business with this business for about years. It recommend them high . Several people have bought systems from them on my recommendation, and are also satisfied. Excellent service men. They also have someone on call 24/7.

When a prolonged period of freezing weather was forecast for North Alabama, I worried we might have power outages. I had not used my gas logs in years and was concerned about turning them on. Budget Heating is on a list of service providers given to me by Marshall County Gas. I called. They scheduled. The technician came out and cleaned and checked my logs. Pleasant, professional service at a reasonable price. I will definitely call Budget again for heating and cooling needs.

Budget installed two new units for me a couple years ago. I've had them out to maintain the units. They have always been on time, the work done the first time and they have always been professional. 100% recommend them.

Great experience. The technician came out to my house and quickly ascertained the problem with my a.c. unit, and the next morning he returned with the replacement part, and fixed the issue quickly; in less than ideal weather conditions, I might add. He wasn't just professional, he was also very friendly (I'm talking going above and beyond, by doing things such as engaging in small talk about life in general, and petting our dog to put it at ease that there was a stranger there). Highly recommend them without hesitation.

Recently, in the high heat of summer, my 92 year old mother’s a/c was not working. Budget Heating and Air was very quick to get out to us and access the problem, managed to get the a/c back to cooling and found the leak in the system and fixed the problem. They also checked with the manufacturer of the system and found that the part was still under warranty, which was a huge help. The service man who came had also done service for me in the past at my home when lightening struck a tree close to our unit. Both times, I received excellent service, reasonable pricing and the problem resolved in a very timely manner, considering the circumstances involved. I would definitely recommend Budget Heating and Air and their friendly staff.

James was very punctual and professional. He got right to work, educated me on the issue and expeditiously fixed it. Was very respectful. Repair cost was well below what I expected. This HVAC Co. has always been great with giving us same day service when any issue arose. I will always call them them for my HVAC.

Nathaniel was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I chose Budget based on reviews and they did not disappoint. We knew the unit on the house we bought was pretty old and Nathaniel was very straight forward about everything he saw. We plan on continuing business with them for all of our future needs.

Budget Heating has excellent service. They were very nice on the phone and promptly sent someone over. I needed a new pump and was told that it would have to be ordered. James Todd checked and found that there was an extra pump around and returned the same afternoon and fixed the problem and even had some very good advice on another question that I had. Very satisfied and can fully recommend them for your a/c troubles.

I'm absolutely impressed with this company. My unit went out in mid winter and had to be replaced. I called several places, these were the only guys who came immediately. I asked each company a million questions to see how honest they were and how knowledgeable they were. This was the only company didn't mind answering my questions, was ABLE to answer them, and didn't try to up-sell me into buying a more expensive unit than I needed.
They installed it in a single day and cleaned up afterwards leaving no trace of an installation. And even months afterward they continued to answer followup questions. They are honest, prompt and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend Nathanial, he was incredibly easy to work with.
