AC went out during the hottest days of this year. Called the next morning to get our unit scheduled for service. We were told that they had a long list of customers ahead of us but would do their best to service us the same day but cautioned it could be the next morning. We understood and were okay with that. The tech called about 5:30 pm to see if it was too late to come. We were thankful he was able to come and told him it was definitely okay. He arrived when he said he would, was professional and courteous. A short time later he had our unit up and going. He stayed to make sure everything was working a correctly and answered all our questions patiently. I felt bad that he worked as late as he did but was extremely thankful not to sleep in a 87 degree house for another night. I have no hesitation to recommend this company and would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

We have used budget heating and cooling for many years. They have always given great service.
However, about a month ago we used them and could not believe how expensive their service had become. When I called to check prices, I was told they charge the $75 service fee, plus $100 per hour for the service!! No one needs that kind of money for labor.
As of now, I am no longer recommending them due to high prices.

Chose this company based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. Techs were friendly and knew their stuff. Had our AC back up and running in less than an hour!

My unit needed diagnostics and definitely repair. I called , customer service was wonderful and I received same day service, actually showed up before the appointment which was great. The rep Kane was prompt, professional and the repair was affordable. I highly recommend using this company for all your HVAC needs.

Professional, respectful, affordable, arrived in a timely manner. Was kept up to date on the whole process. The technician was quick and knowledgeable. He came back a second time to diagnose the problem when our issue wasn’t fully the first time. Even followed up the next Monday to make sure everything was working properly. Would 10/10 recommend.

They're fairly new workers and I understand this, when I started cleaning my unit they were not even going to take off the top cover they were only going to clean from the outside my husband did confront them and they did eventually take the top cover off and clean like they were supposed to.

The serviceman worked diligently to find and fix my problem Neither my fan or the AC was working. He fixed the fan and when he found the motor was bad also, he didn't have the right size, so he installed a smaller one so I would have AC until they got the right size in. Then they would swap it out. The company does try to take care of their customers needs and their rates seem fair.

They installed our unit and duct work. The men were respectful, hard working. Cleaned up after themselves. Made sure we were satisfied with products.

We have used Budget Heating and Cooling for over 15 years. We have always been very pleased with their service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been using this company for a few years and wouldn’t use anyone else. They will absolutely not rip you off or tell you that you need something you don’t. They will repair it if they can and not tell you that you need something new, I have experienced this first hand and fully trust them.

Great work excellent folks. Very helpful in the past. Installed a whole new system this time and completed the job in one day. Supervisor came by next day, rechecked all work and made sure I was completely satisfied!
