Budget Heating Cooling are the best! We have used them multiple times when we have needed help with our HVAC systems. They are professional, courteous and thorough. But most of all, we trust them to do the best job at the best price. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Could somebody recommend somebody else to use besides them? When I bought my house the seller told me that my system had just been installed and it was brand new and that it should be under warranty. Since I have owned the home they have come out 7 different times to fix it that we could find on record! I went to the office to ask them and the office people were shocked about how many times they have been out to my place and that I was still having issues. Leaking Freon, bad thermostats, bad resistors, bad motherboard and a short. They never cleaned the unit, they never checked for leaks, and now it is not heating or cooling again and since it has been longer than 2 years since it was installed they won’t do anything under warranty anymore. Nathaniel the supposed manager said that they won’t honor or acknowledge leaking systems since all systems leak. Which is 100% not true. If the system is still leaking then there’s still a problem! After he said that on the phone I walked out. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated!

Hands down the best heating and cooling company around! They’re honest, reliable, and truly trustworthy. Nathaniel was incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and you could genuinely tell he cared about our family’s comfort. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

So I called today, guy showed up, initially great. He leaves, stuff still unhooked, then they call and tell me that a 300 dollar part cost 900 dollars to buy and install. A lie. They are upcharging labor on you folks BIG TIME. Needless to say I ordered the part and it will be here tomorrow. But now all my wiring is unhooked because they didnt wire it back .... then fail to resolve anything. Nice front lady nice tech, crap business.
