W.C. Wright and Sons have serviced my old generator for several years. When it was time for replacement, I did not hesitate to call them to do the work. Rudy has always been the tech who provided the service checks. He is wonderful!, Kind, dependable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The company is fortunate to have him.

Our pressure-reducing valve had a leak and Jordan, with WC Wright, was at our house within an hour of my calling them. Fixed the problem in about 90 minutes for a reasonable price. And did not leave a mess. Jordan was great!! I highly recommend!

I called because my heat didn’t work.
Turns out the gas wasn’t turned on and the tech spotted it before he even set his bag down.

He offered to not charge me since all he had to do was turn a knob but I went ahead and let him service my unit anyway.
The price for the service was very fair.

Would 100% recommend W.C. Wright & Sons.
I know I’ll use them for my service needs from now on.

Great company that we have used for a while on a/c and furnace work. We switched from another provider and never left these guys. They update you and they show up on time. And the techs are very nice and personable. Would recommend WC to anyone.

Heat was out on coldest day of the year and came out within an hour. Checked the unit thoroughly & found a loose wire. Charged $89!! Technicians are smart and very honest.

Heat went out overnight during freezing temperatures. Had a great experience getting help with in a few hours and solving the problem with good advice and attention to detail along the way. No reason I would ever want to work with someone else after this experience.

I recently had a frozen pipe and my technician handled it perfectly! He was also able to address and incidental finding while he was there. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend him!

Walked into my garage to find water raining out of my HVAC duct work. Called after hours number, prompt answer. Water stopped coming out of duct work while on phone. I elected to have technician come following morning. Showed up on time and was able to diagnosis the issue and resolve quickly. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything. Jordan arrived within two hours of my calling for emergency service for repairs to one of my bathroom toilets. He was friendly and kept me informed about what was needed to make the repairs. I will continue to call upon W.C. Wright and Son for all of my future plumbing needs.

I knew of W.C. Wright & Sons but until now I had never took advantage of their services. However, my heating and cooling unit was past due for service so when they returned my call to set up an appointment, I decided to give them a shot. I was impressed right at the start of the phone call with how friendly the lady was that contacted me and set the appointment. Extremely polite as well as professional and she was able to set the appointment for the earliest date and time I was available. Speaking with a real person rather than a computer was definitely a pleasure. On the date of the appointment the technician called me and advised he was about 10 mins out and as promised, he was right on time. James introduced himself and inquired whether or not I actually had any equipment issues or just required a maintenance. I did mention a cple issues that I believed were occurring and while completing the maintenance he did in fact, find a minor issue. This was repaired while he was on site and we have noticed a pretty significant improvement since it was completed. Being retired from a service industry, I notice alot when speaking with technicians that come to my residence and James was one of the most professional techs I have ever had come out. He was clean, had his tools with him, ensured his shoes were free of mud by putting shoe covers on and seemed very knowledgeable about his profession. Even his work van appeared spotless and well maintained. I honestly cant recommend the great folks at W. C. Wright enough. I will be having them back soon to for some other potential issues. If you are having any Heating and cooling issues, give them a call...you won't be disappointed in the quality of service you receive. Many thanks to James and the team at W. C. Once again W.C. Wright proves why they have so many long term customers. Today, while working out in my yard I heard a noise coming from my heat pump that I had never heard before. I called them and within an hr, James, the same technician that took care of some issues we had several months ago was at my house. I explained what my unit had done, and although he knew immediately was the issue was, he re created what i heard from my unit. He showed me that what I had heard was actually a normal function of a heat pump. He also verified my coolant level and made sure everything was good. The integrity and honesty provided by James and W. C. Wright is above and beyond and I would still recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC repair or install. Thanks again to Mr Gary Daly, James and W. C. Wright for the outstanding service!!!

Great experience. Tech showed up on time. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Resolved the one issue that he discovered promptly, and reviewed with me all the results from his visit before he left. Would definitely recommend.

I’m giving one star because the guy that came out twice was very nice and prompt. Basically we have an old house that has developed a hole in a cast iron pipe that is in a very difficult location. Initially the plan was to come the next day with another helper and the supervisor, but they sent the same guy back to take more pictures. They were supposed to call next day by 1, nothing. Next day I called same thing they were discussing would call next day, didn’t call. After a few days I reached out again several times finally got a response that he’d been out of the office but would be in contact next day. Again nothing, no response to attempts to contact. Finally the following day he texts that they’ve decided a liner would be best but they don’t do that, so basically they strung me along right at 10 days including the weekend to tell me they had nothing to offer. I realize it’s not a typical job and would have been fine with them saying they couldn’t or didn’t want to do it, but their communication was completely unacceptable. We’ve been sitting on a sewer line leaking into the basement for over a week thanks to these guys.
