W.C. Weight was recommend to me by my brother. I requested to have my 3 units inspected in order to have peace of mind for this winter. My technician Logan was on time, very respectful and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He also instructed me on things to watch for. Great customer service from WC Wright. I called on a Friday late afternoon and they scheduled me for Saturday midday. I ended up fixing the heater on my own and they didnt charge me anything even though they could have filled my time slot with another customer.

My heat stopped working after hours on Saturday night and I did not want to be cold all weekend. I called the office and Tyler called me back to let me know when he would be arriving, a bit over an hour. He determined that the problem was a breaker switch that tripped due to water getting in from the door that had come open And if there was nothing wrong with my HVAC system. He was very professional, efficient, and honest. I have used W C Wright number of times for Regular maintenance urgent situations. They have always done an excellent job. I had already investigated what might be suitable and without knowing that, he brought the exact model in from the truck I’d already decided would be appropriate. Rudy provided amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable! The problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Others had tried to inform us that the part that was needed was no longer available and that it was best to get a new unit. Rudy provided honest about the installation of the part along with saying let’s be sure to do our best to keep you from having to get a new unit! WC is officially my go to for all of my HVAC needs!

Throughly professional hardworking folks who had my health and living conditions in mind as they modified the existing HVAC system in order to recover from a mold infestation. Added a whole house dehumidifier, UVC light, and condensate system. Cleaned up coils saving thousands of $. Worked to my total satisfaction.

First time using there service and they went above and beyond my expectation in terms of customer service, and their knowledge with diagnosing a very unique furnace heating issue. Took a few days to narrow down the exact problem as other another repair was needed from the utility company at our home before they can continue troubleshooting. But I did not mind, and they pinpoint the problem when they came back. I'm glad we chose them compare to other services who typically replace multiple parts expecting an easy fix or state the system is operating normal and move on to the next customer when there is an underlying issue.
