I tried using this company last week but, they never showed up for the time frame they gave me for that day. I called and was told another time for the following 2 days and still a no show.

This is a CALL CENTER not a local business!!! We called and made an appointment. They did not show. My husband called and they had no record of our appointment. Thirty minutes later, a man texted me to see if we were ready for our appointment. I called the number back ... it is a call center. They never returned my call.

i started searching online early one morning after walking by my carpet in the living room and smelling that awful pet urine smell again. i was really tired of it. i found a carpet cleaning company, watched some of their videos, and read a few reviews. i decided to send them a text. they got back to me almost right away, i sent over some pictures, and then talked to cory on the phone. cory told me he could get rid of the odor, but maybe not the stain, since i had already tried some cleaning products myself. he said if i shipped the carpet that day, he would do his best to get it back to me quickly. cory was able to clean my carpet and get it back to me right on time, and there was absolutely no more urine smell! he even managed to get out the stain. i am very happy with the results. it was great to work with someone who did exactly what they promised and finished the job fast. my carpet is valuable to me, so it was definitely worth the extra cost to ship it from leeds. i highly recommend this service if you can't stand pet smells in your carpet anymore. i just wish i had called them sooner.
