From the moment I called to ask about carpet cleaning, the staff was very professional and made scheduling super easy. Cory answered all my questions and set everything up quickly. Before my appointment, I received an email with the name of the technician who would be coming and the time to expect them, which made me feel comfortable knowing who to expect at my home. Roman arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and was extremely courteous. He did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets—they looked fresh and spotless when he finished. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned by someone reliable and skilled. I’m really happy with how clean and fresh my carpets are now.

Hiring Lemon and Love to do a deep clean might be the nicest thing I've ever done for myself.

I am not, nor will I ever be, the type of person who cleans my baseboards or scrubs my bath tub. Even if I was, I would probably be lousy at it. Fortunately, these gals are experts. They didn't just provide me with a sparkling clean home - they took away the daily burden and guilt I've been carrying every time I see a dusty baseboard or my dirty oven.

A weight has been lifted off my shoulders, and I am so incredibly grateful for them. I highly recommend their services and look forward to hiring them for future cleans.

I started with lemon love about a year ago as a gift (year of cleanings)to my long-distance partner. Even though I am in Texas most of the time they took care of our place all year with great service consistently. They don’t hesitate to reach out if there is a discrepancy or to consult with you about something . Even after my gift of cleanings for a year was up, my partner decided to pick up the payments because of how good this service is. I would recommend to anybody in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The deep clean that my home was given was amazing! The showers were sparkling, kitchen was spotless and the floors and counters were dust and dirt free. this is the 1st time i have used L and L cleaning and i love it!! the girls were here and worked very hard and quickly and also quietly though they could have been loud and i would not have minded. they did a great job and are so easy to work with. i will use this service for as long as they will have me.

I was honestly disappointed. I was so excited to have a deep clean done because I am not physically able to do it myself. On the surface I was pleased but noticed in the days following that a lot was not done. There was still soap scum in my shower in a very obvious places. The floors in my primary bathroom under my bath mat were completely untouched. There was still dust on many surfaces. I will say that the oven was spotless. But the microwave was wiped down except for the topside on the inside. I was just really disappointed that I paid for a deep clean ($275 + tip) and got a basic clean I could have done myself.
