Constraction reviews in Madison, Alabama

Blue Jay Painting did an incredible job on drywall repair and very detailed painting. Crew was very punctual and professional. Will definitely use again!

Recently, Jake did a painting job for me. He was punctual, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. While at my home, he also did a much needed repair job on some garden boxes. Being impressed with his work ethic, I had Jake return to do some pressure washing projects at my home. Jake is hard-working and his rates are reasonable. I plan to use Jake for future projects as the need arises, and I would recommend him to others.

Exterior painting on Tudor style house. Blue Jay Painting did a great job with this fiddly project. The project was started on time with a minor delay due to weather but as soon as the weather cooperated, the job was immediately picked up and was done in a timely fashion. Communication was fantastic which is always helpful. Great clean up and immediate attention to any concerns. I highly recommend.

Blue Jay painting did a beautiful job of scraping, repairing and painting a vaulted ceiling in our primary bedroom. They also prepped and painted walls and trim. Painted our front porch and house trim. We could not be happier with the work they did. Also, they were always on time and show up when they say they will.

Jake recently completed our house exterior painting. Highly recommend, he was on time, completed the job thoroughly and neatly. Went above and beyond when asked to replace a window that happened to be broken by a golf ball. He also was able to perform window glazing on our original windows, which is very hard to find someone to complete. Would highly recommend and we will use him again for any other paint jobs that our home may need.

Jake and his assistant painter Luis did an excellent job painting my whole house. They were very meticulous, detail oriented, and honest. It’s evident they take great pride in their work. They made sure to do a detailed walkthrough before leaving and fixing any minor blemishes I missed the first time. They also cleaned my house afterwards. You will not find a better value painting company than Blue Jay Painting. Trust me, I spent weeks to find the right painter. These are your guys.

Blue Jay painting did a great job on my building! A very professional company! He came by and gave me an estimate on the cost and the time it would take and it was all as he said! They showed up on time and did what they said they would do! Definitely recommend this company! Thank you for the awesome Job well done Blue Jay Painting!

14 foot ceilings and wallpaper! Jakes 26+ years of experience stepped up to the challenge and his work was exceptional. Blue Jay Painting is not a price gouging and short cut business. It is honest, hard working, reliable , goes over and beyond the usual standard. Definitely sets the bar high for any competitors. Jake took all the time I needed for him to answer my many questions .Customer satisfaction is Blue Jay’s first and only priority. Highly recommend Jake and his Blue Jay Painting Company to anyone.

I was at the end of a master bath renovation gone wrong and had to become the contractor for the job before it was complete. I picked Blue Jay painting based on reviews and the fact that Jake answered the phone, was always responsive to communication, and the estimate was very reasonable. His team came out and did a fabulous job. They painted the ceilings, walls, cabinets and trim. It looks amazing. I've had two contractors out since who asked if I replaced the sheet rock. That's saying a lot since the previous owner hung pictures etc. on almost every wall space available. Thanks so much Blue Jay for making my bathroom look like new! I highly recommend this company and will use them again as I move on with the rest of the house remodeling.

Jake and his team did an outstanding job painting the entire interior of my house, including all the doors, trim, kitchen cabinets and drawers. They arrived on time every day, and their attention to detail was impeccable! The results were second to none. I highly recommend Blue Jay Painting for all your paint projects.

Jacob Rodgers was very professional from the first contact. He was very prompt to come out and give me a quote. His employee was very courteous while in my house. The job was completed with no issues, and I am very happy with the results! I would highly recommend Blue Jay Painting for indoor and outdoor projects.

Blue Jay Painting painted our office and did a phenomenal job! The walls look amazing and the guys were speedy but thorough. They helped us move everything off of the walls and out of the way and went out of their way to clean up things that they didn’t even do, like the paint left on windows from previous painters. We could not be more pleased! I would absolutely recommend this company if you need some painting done!

Blue Jay painted our home's entire interior (2-story) and did a fantastic job. Excellent attention to detail. Walls, trim, doors, baseboards, crown molding, and part of the ceiling. Even removed some old popcorn off one room's ceiling, puttied it, sanded, and repainted it. Looks like a brand new room. Our estimate was 7-10 days and they finished in 7. The crew was very professional and my wife felt completely safe being there every day while they worked. They cleaned up at the end of each day, communicated the progress and plan for the next day, and worked the job in a way that allowed us to live in the house during the project. When finished, they cleaned and put everything back in order. We were extremely satisfied with the Blue Jay team.

BlueJay Painting did the interior painting work in my house and I can’t wait to use them on my next project. I would highly recommend them!

We would highly recommend Blue Jay Painting! Jake and his crew did an excellent job staining our fence. We had a difficult issue that needed to be addressed. When Jake came out to give us an estimate, he immediately recognized what needed to be done, explained how he would handle it, and reassured us that he and his crew would do what it takes to get it right. And they did! They did an exceptional job handling that issue as well as all the rest of the work. They were hard workers, pleasant to talk to, kept a clean work area, and made sure the yard was left in the same condition as when they arrived. And best of all - the fence looks wonderful! We are very happy customers.

I was very pleased with Blue Jay Painting and the paint job they did on my master bath after renovation. Would definitely work with them again. Very professional group!

Jake and his team made our condo building look brand new again. I can't express how thrilled I am with their work- perfection at it's finest! I highly recommend this incredible team!

Big thanks for Jacob Rodgers and his team for coming out to paint my door and shutters! They look great and was completed professionally and timely for the amount of coats applied. I appreciate that they were able to quickly get me an appointment set and came out as early as they did, especially since I had work in the afternoon that day. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to Christian who painted the surfaces! Brown is the AFTER, blue is the BEFORE.

Jake and his team at Blue Jay painted our oak kitchen cabinets, kitchen walls and ceiling and the trim. Excellent work! They also repainted a bathroom ceiling for us and painted our kitchen table. Very professional and courteous team. I was impressed that we didn't have to pay anything until the work was completed and we were satisfied, and the prices were very fair. Highly recommend Blue Jay Painting!

Absolutely a pleasure from every perspective — design ideas, execution options, workmanship, and price. We hired Blue Jay to paint select walls, provide finishing touches to a renovated bathroom, repair ceilings, and refinish our front door. They made a complicated job easy and transformed everything they touched into something we admire.

I reached out to Jay with a very last minute project. I had new tenants moving into a rental property within a week and needed the entire home repainted. He didn’t hesitate. He didn’t blink an eye. He simply said “yeah, we can get that done.” That’s exactly what they did, but they did it with QUALITY! I could not recommend their services enough.
