Great experience working with Thompson Roofing. The estimating process and timeliness of the estimate AND the work was great. Everything was done online and the estimate matched the cost of work exactly. Really had a great experience on this one. I wasn't able to be up there but they sent pics and updates as the work was being done. I highly recommend this company.

We chose Thompson Roofing and Construction Company after receiving recommendations from a co-worker and some friends. Overall, our experience was great.

The process started with their Project Estimator, Doug Marlin, who was excellent. Doug gave us a clear assessment of the roof, provided all the necessary options, and laid out the costs upfront. He was professional and highly responsive to our questions, which made the initial planning very easy.

The crew was also fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they did a great job cleaning up.

When someone asks me for roof repair recommendations, I refer them to Scott Shaw at Thompson Roofing. I know he is fair, thorough, and of outstanding character. Nearly two years ago, I had my entire roof replaced by Thompson Roofing, and it looks just as wonderful as the day it was installed. Being that I own a smaller home, I opted for their best materials as cost wasn't much more than the basics. I'm happy to report all is well, and some of the covered components of their generous warranty may just outlive me. Top notch, and nothing less. Thank you guys for excellent work that lasts!

Heath Cunningham came out to inspect our roof at the Lakehouse in Guntersville AL. He showed up on time and was very helpful. He climbed up on the roof, took pictures, then explained what he saw with his expertise. Based on his feedback, we cut some tree limbs that were threatening to damage the roof prematurely. He also gave us the confidence to wait on replacing the entire roof for a couple more years. We will definitely use Thompson Roofing for that job. Great help!!

Steven was very thorough in his inspection and assessment of our roofing project. Our foist experience was w/another company, that really didn’t listen to our requests or concerns. He was able to fix their mistakes and blend our new roof w/the old. It looks the way we imagined it should look from the beginning! We couldn’t be happier! I first met Jackson when he came to inspect my father’s roof. He was very professional and helpful. He showed me pictures of all the issues with the roof and explained everything very well. He gave me 3 estimates and explained each in detail. Once I decided on which option we wanted, he got the process moving very quickly. The roof was scheduled soon and was completed in two days. Jackson kept in touch with me through the process and made sure we were satisfied with the work. An excellent job by a great company!

I am super happy with the roof that Thompson Roofing installed on my house. The estimator (Scott), the foreman (Adam), and team lead (Sam) were all excellent to work with. The work was done in one day. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Lastly, their price was fair and reasonable and they offered me a military discount which was much appreciated. Most of the other guys barely spent 5 minutes with me. He was the only one to give immediate recommendations to temporarily resolve the leak we found. He promised an efficient, professional, and clean install which was 100% delivered. He did not waste our time with pushy sales pitches. He answered our questions and provided a very competitive quote. We love our metal roof and highly recommend giving Thompson a call.
