Thompson roofing, sales professional, Bryan Garlock was our contact. He was courteous, friendly & prompt with the estimates. He explained the process, warranties etc. thoroughly before we made a decision. We are happy with our new roof and the service, from installation to clean up provided by Thompson Roofing company.

Thompson Roofing did my roof installation and did a beautiful job. Jason, the project estimator, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer any questions and concerns that I had and made the whole roof installation process easier. Not only was he easy to talk to, but was there every step of the way. Adam , the project manager worked out the scheduling and was awesome too. The crew worked hard and was very focused. They did great work in both the installation and clean up.

Bryan Garlock is hard-working, honest man that gave my family a high-quality and reasonably priced job on our roof! Him and his company worked to get the job done quickly, but didn’t compromise the quality of the job! Would definitely recommend to others in need of this!

Thompson Roofing replaced my mom's storm-damaged roof for me remotely - live in Georgia. They were excellent to work with. Very responsive, professional, and best of all did a great job. The quoting process was thorough and reasonably priced. They even uncovered the drip edge needing to be brought to code which the other estimates did not do. Being long distance, they sent me photos of the roof before, during installation including removal of the old shingles and THREE layers of old felt that they removed. Previous roofers had left this which is bad for a roof and the house. They sent photos of the work both prior, progress and finished.They even repaired some minor fence damage. Just made my life SO much easier knowing I could trust they did a good job. Excellent service. Jackson Vaughn was especially great to work with for his thorough work, professionalism and his patience to show me the work remotely. This is the way a roof should be replaced which is one of the most critical parts of a house. I wish they worked in Georgia where we need good, trust-worthy roofers! Great job, Jackson and team!

Bryan Garlock did an AMAZING JOB on our roof and siding!!!! I cannot speak highly enough of his work, the work of his company, and the way they were able to help with the handling of our insurance estimates. Bryan was professional, experienced and patient. The work that was done is beyond compare. I could not be more thrilled!!!! We had both an entire new roof placed on our residence, and new siding. We obtained excellent warranties on both, and they completed the job extremely quickly!

A storm caused a tree to fall onto our garage roof and make a hole. Plus, there was hail damage. Thompson Roofing did an excellent job on repairing the hole and replacing our roof! Everyone was professional and timely. Thank you to Doug for being an excellent in-person contact from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. =)

We chose Thompson Roofing due to a personal referral and from observing a roof installation of one of our neighbors.
We called for an inspection, Bryan promptly called and set up a date & inspection time. He was very thorough checking the roof outside as well as inside the attic. He took both pictures & videos to show us the condition of the roof and to show there was no damage in the attic.
He then presented us with three different packages they have, all of which are very reasonable. He explained everything in great detail and answered all other questions we had.
We set a weather permitting date to start the installation. The materials were delivered prior to the start date so the crew would be able to start working as soon as they arrived. The were prompt worked two days to completion. They cleaned up all the old material, debris and did three nail removal process to clean up the old roofing nails. All the team members & crew were very courteous, friendly and did a great job. Even our mail carrier commented on the great job they did and how nice the new roofing nails looked. Our neighbors have commented as well. We had some siding along the roof line that had been damaged they were even able to match and replace it. Looks great

I had a great experience to have the popcorn ceiling in my garage scraped and repainted. They were responsive to communications and had a nice system in place that sent email reminders when our appointment neared. They protected the walls and ground well. I would recommend them and use their services again.

They worked with me on my time schedule, as well as, pricing. The pricing was reasonable so I didn’t think to ask about a military discount like I usually do.
