Their contractor Craig has gone above and beyond to help us open, maintain, and close our above ground pool this year. He’s very communicative, honest, affordable, fair, and works VERY hard and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with their pool.

Called them to have someone come out and replace a pool pump seal. They said they would contact me the following week. No one called. Called them back (shouldn't have to call a good business back) and left a message. No one called. Moving on to a different company.

David fixed the issue with our pool pump in a timely manner. It was not easy to determine the root cause, but he stayed after it until it was fixed correctly. He did not charge for the things he tried that did not solve the problem, which I was thankful for, and what he did charge was very reasonable.

A great pool and spa company! June is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and fair. She understood my needs and made some great observations and recommendations. This is a family business and June’s husband, David, does outstanding work in servicing and repairing pools and spas. They both know how to treat their customers and will not just sell you something you may or may not need. I highly recommend this company! I will definitely be back for all my pool needs.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I have left 4 messages over the last 3 days for a quote on installing a pool pump, and have yet to receive a call back or even a text saying they can’t do it…. Pitiful customer service!!!!

I recently hired Rocket City Pool & Spa to replace my pool liner. They did an excellent job. There were needed improvements (not upsales) that they suggested and only implemented after my approval. They changed out my pump sand and repaired plumbing to the motor. Everything was left In a clean and neat condition. True professionals. Great job!

I had Rocket City Pools install a pool heater at Dog Splash. They got the heater really quickly and was installed just as fast. We’ve had them also come out and replace sand in our filters and replace some problematic fittings. Recommend 10/10.

Should you require plumbing services, I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing. They recently installed a water recirculation unit for me, which consistently maintains a temperature of 98 degrees. I encourage you to contact them.

Not very knowledgeable or helpful

I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the Home Depot service, or should I say a lack of it. I purchased the appliance and installation service 3 weeks (!!!) ago. After my delivery being rescheduled I had to go to Home Depot to make sure the promised delivery would happen. I had to wait for the rescheduled delivery to only find out the dishwasher would be just dropped off by inexperienced boy that does not even work for Home Depot. The boy has told me he never even drove the truck before and that he works for some third company contractor. The boy could not install the dishwasher and did not take the old one. I went to Home Depot to talk to assistant manager right away and told him the service is beyond unacceptable. I am in the process of selling my house and I need this appliance to be installed ASAP!!! I am yet to have a scheduled installation for this dishwasher and I don’t even know if this appliance work. The assistant manager could not help me much. Home Depot charges for the installation services and does not even have the technicians that can do it. Maybe Home Depot should not charge for services they don’t actually provide?! I will never ever use Home Depot for buying ANY of the products this corporation carries for I don’t want to support this business. I would give Home Depot and it’s workers -10 out of 10. Complete unprofessionalism that is unheard of!
