Constraction reviews in Madison, Alabama

We used Straight Line Painting to remove the popcorn from our ceilings and paint the ceilings , walls, trim and doors. The crew arrived every day on time. Each crew member was polite and professional throughout the five day process. They took great care to protect our furnishings and property. We are very pleased with the final results. We would highly recommend Straight Line Painting.

I was blown away by the attention to detail and finished results I received from Straight Line Painting and Drywall. They transformed my “old” front porch spiral staircase rails and light post into a curve appeal centerpiece. Thank You Bianca and Rodney!

Rodney came out within one or two days of requesting an estimate to quote us how much it would be to paint two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and kitchen cabinets. We received a quote within another couple of days with detailed pricing and options of enhancement to our job. We easily agreed and accepted. Although the projects took a couple of days longer than we had anticipated, we are super happy with the work completed from Rodney's team and appreciate the detail and time spent to make our place look amazing! The crew were always punctual, friendly, and super clean. We are thankful for all of their hard work, and look forward to using them again in the future!

Straight Line Painting did an excellent job painting three bedrooms, living and dining rooms, entry way, landing, and the risers on the steps in our house. They did excellent prep work and did the job in only two days at a reasonable price. I recommend them and would use them again.

Refreshing to find a contractor who shows up on time and does a great job at a reasonable price. I had some drywall repair done and I was extremely happy with the results. Rodney also recommended another tradesperson for some other work and they were great too.

Due to an improperly installed upstairs bathtub overflow cover, we experienced horrible leaking onto our downstairs ceiling which dissolved several yards of drywall along the taped joints. I knew the retaping and subsequent painting of 700+ sqft of ceiling was too much of a job for me, so I decided to find a contractor. I talked to several local painters and received several quotes, but I was the most comfortable with Straight Line Painting and Drywall for several reasons. Rodney came to my house to estimate the job and inspect everything carefully; not the case with others who gave me online quotes sight unseen. He carefully told me how he would approach the job and then put that, and the entire scope of work, in a professional written estimate. But his approach was what sealed the deal. Unlike other painters who wanted to mud and paint the same day, he allowed for multiple trips to make sure the mudding was completely cured. His team arrived at the scheduled time on all days - they were courteous, very comprehensive in covering all furniture and appliances in the area to be painted, and they worked efficiently and professionally. His team delivered the job exactly as quoted, swept and removed everything they came with, and for a fair price. We’re excited to have our ceiling back and the new paint looks great. Thank you Rodney and the Straight Line Painting and Drywall team.

Removed popcorn from ceiling. I would have done it myself only the ceiling was a raised ceiling. My GrandFather and uncle where in construction and did similar projects and more as Straight Line. My Grandfathers wood work is the fire place and ceiling

Straight Line Painting exceeded my expectations. They provided me a timely quote, got me scheduled very quickly, performed the work as quoted, were very professional and did a great job. I hired them to remove popcorn ceiling and paint two rooms. They arrived early to perform the work and took necessary precautions to protect my personal belongings by covering everything prior to performing work. I LOVE how it turned out. What a difference. 5 stars. I would highly recommend them for a hassle free professional experience.

If you're looking to have any painting or drywall repair done, definitely give these guys a call. Rodney came out a few days after my call to measure for a quote. I had my quote the next day. I let them know the quote was good and before I could even sign the proposal and write the check for the down payment, they had me on the schedule for the next day. His team showed up at 7am and completed the entire job inside and out the same day. When I came home that evening there was no mess to clean up and everything looked great. I had one spot that I thought needed fixed and he had a guy there the next morning at 7am to fix it perfectly. Don't waste your time calling for other quotes. His price is reasonable and their work is outstanding.
Well Done!!

Highly recommend Straight Line Painting. The crew arrived on time and did a fabulous job. They painted the entire house which included walls, crown molding, baseboards and doors. They are a professional working machine. Great crew. Would give them a ten star rating. A+++ work

Very professional and honest in their estimation and execution of the work. The pricing was fair and they exceeded expectations for the timeframe. We will certainly be using them for future projects.

I hired Straight Line Painting to paint the interior of my house. The painters arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. They did a great job and left my house clean. They gave me a good price and I would recommend Straight Line Painting for any painting jobs.

Rodney’s crew did a fantastic job repainting the interior of our entire house. Not only were they there on time every day, they worked with us to complete the project before the moving truck arrived. Three years later we are still so happy with the results. We found our painter for all of our projects!

Performed a drywall repair on my ceiling above a staircase. Honest, efficient, and quality work, highly recommend and will definitely contact for future projects!

I've had them do a couple jobs for me so far (paint and drywall repair). Both turned out great and were a reasonable price. Will do business with them again in the future.

Rodney and the Straight Line Painting crew did an amazing job on painting the exterior of my home. They used top quality paints and tools, the team arrived promptly each day, kept the work areas clean, were very courteous the entire time and cleaned up every day. The definition of a professional company that cares about their customers and the work being performed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use straight line again in the future!

Rodney and his team from Straight Line were great. Professionals from the start. They were always on the job on time and finished up on time. The painting looks great. They had several Sheetrock issues to fix and they did a great job with that as well. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Great experience with Straight Line Painting. I had the plumbing replaced in the house resulting in cut holes all throughout my home. Straight Line came out and did the patching and painting in just two days for a very reasonable price. I would heartily recommend their services.
