Brittney was on-time and extremely thorough. She is very friendly and most importantly, our dog Donut, fell in love with her. We highly recommend this company, and especially Brittney!

("Skunky" smell) We used the Houskeepers Inc. twice a month for about 5-6 months. Didn't seem to have a consistent person, but cleanings were generally pretty good.

The issue came today when our home now smells "skunky" after today's cleaning. Didn't smell that way before the cleaning and is directly related to allowing Housekeepers Inc into our home. When we called and talked with the owner/manager she simply stated that they'd never had problems with the particular cleaner and seemed more concerned with if the floors were cleaned than the smell of pot. She then called back after speaking with today's cleaner and said the smell was related to our dog and the house smelled like that when she arrived. Both of those claims are simply untrue and ridiculous. It didn't smell that way before cleaning, but does after Housekeepers Inc was here - and still does hours later, as if it's in the ventilation.

We have canceled our services with Housekeepers Inc as we no longer trust them in our home.

Jayce did an excellent job cleaning our home. She was on time and did a very good job getting everything done. would recommend her and would use again.

Holy cow, take your business elsewhere! The owner came out and gave me a quote, said someone would call by the end of the day to schedule my cleaning. I ended up calling 2 days later because no one had called. So we scheduled for 830-9am arrival time on Wednesday. 945am I call because no one has shown up and they call the housekeeper who said I was never put on her schedule. Said she can be at my place in an hour. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate this later start time. Then at 1145, 2 full hours later, when no one is at my house still, I call yet again. Oh the housekeeper didn't let the office know she was running late now. Over an hour late. But she can be at my house in 25 minutes. Meaning she wouldn't be at my house until 1215 when the original start time was 830, and then rescheduled to 1045... And now 1215. This is ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional and now my whole morning is shot just waiting around on an inconsiderate person and company.

My house looks great after Angela got done with it. She was very professional and very polite. She also got done in a timely matter. Will recommend her.

Iman is our housekeeper and she did a fantastic job! She went the extra mile by vacuuming the couches that had cat hair as well as thoroughly cleaning the entire house. I would highly recommend them.

We used Housekeepers at our previous home. When we moved The Housekeepers made us a priority when I finally got to the point of rescheduling. We had a number of different housekeepers (due to scheduling) and finally got a steady housekeeper. Andrea has been great and we want her to be our regular housekeeper. We had a fill in two weeks ago, and it made us see how much we miss Andrea.

The Housekèepers has been cleaning my home bi-weekly for several years. They do great work! My assigned housekeeper Betting (Tina) is awesome. I can't say enough good things about their service. It's nice to come home to a perfectly clean home every time. I highly recommend them to anyone that values professional excellent service.

I’ve been using The Housekeeps for years and have been very happy with the service. Perhaps a lot of this is the fact I’ve been lucky enough to have Michele as “my” housekeeper for almost the entire time. Although all The Housekeepers girls who have cleaned for me are very good, Michele is the best...and my two big, hairy, messy dogs love her!

We are new clients of the Housekeepers Inc and our contact for our first visit was Odalys. We couldn't be happier with her service! Odalys is thorough yet timely. Our house has never been this spotless. She catches every thing, and is extremely considerate. I work from home and was never disturbed by her services. Choosing the Housekeepers with Odalys as our service provider is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We are extremely satisfied with her work and look forward to continuing her services.

I was with The Housekeepers for over two years. On Thursday, 3 February, I received a cleaning from someone new who had only been employed for two weeks. She was nice, but the cleaning was not thorough like The Housekeepers know I like (the two ladies I had long-term were no longer with the company).

I reached out multiple times over the next week to give a review and to see if I could get a re-clean (my bathroom was still dirty and my floors/baseboards/countertops were still dusty). On Tuesday, 8 February, I finally got one of the employees by phone. She rescheduled me with a new housekeeper and stated she would leave a message for the owner to call me back. It took two more calls and voicemails from me before I got a call back. The owner finally called on Thursday, 10 February (one week from the cleaning). She left a voicemail apologizing and offered to process a refund; she also said she was removing me from the schedule.

I called back a couple of hours later twice, and no answer. So ten minutes later I called from a different number because I had a feeling they were ignoring my calls... the owner finally answered. I thanked her for the refund, even though I didn't ask for it, but I was confused on why she was removing me from the schedule. The owner stated the housekeeper I was rescheduled to was no longer available. I proceeded to ask if someone experienced was available on a different schedule, and she said no to that also. Her claim was a lot of people left and they were in the process of hiring/training. So I asked why I needed to be fully removed and when I should call back for a replacement, she stated she didn't know. I told her I felt I was being targeted for giving feedback and wondered if other clients were being removed from schedules. She insisted it wasn't me but was hoping the new housekeeper would've worked out for me, but since she didn't, there was no one left... that conversation was extremely odd to me as I had never had an issue before.

After that conversation, I wrote a review. Shortly after my review, I received another voicemail from the owner refusing to process my refund due to my honest review of my experience. She proceeded to say she would be keeping my funds and would only return them if I removed the review.

Now it's three months later, and still no refund. Yes, this is a different review because I was informed my other review was flagged.
