Poor service and customer service reps don’t respond

I had such a wonderful experience with Clean Bright Cleaning. During a really difficult time after a medical situation, they truly showed up for me in the best way. Coming home to a clean, fresh space made such a difference and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Their team was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing reliable, compassionate service.

Had a great experience with this company, they did a wonderful job on a deep clean. My house is looking better than new and it is relieving to be inside a space that feels and is spotless.

We switched from a well known corporate cleaning company to Clean Bright about 6 months ago and we could not be happier with our decision. It is difficult to get consistent cleaning done on 45,000sqft of building space with the amount of foot traffic we get and they didn't even flinch at our request. I have never had to wonder when/if they will be coming because they stick to the schedule we originally set. Cleaning the buildings is never something I have to even think about because I know they are handling it with ZERO micromanaging necessary. We are very happy we switched to a small business, the ability to communicate directly and have a reply same day is something big corporations just can't offer these days.

I am glad I found Anna & her team! The beginning was a tad rocky, but it always takes a little time to learn each other when you are providing such a personal service. Hailey & Grace have left my house so clean and cozy - even dusting window sills and chairs. Having a cleaning service is a tray to myself and they make it worth it!

Love this company. They are great with cleaning my home and the only issues I have has been when training new ladies. Sometimes things are missed but they have been so quick to respond offer solutions and always take responsibility. I don't expect perfection, but I am so pleased when a company can admit, hey we didn't do our best today and we will make it up to you. That's how you keep my business. Also, Hailey is the best and I love that she is always the constant person to come.

I received my first service from Jody Wednesday April 7. Jody did an absolutely amazing job! I have struggled with finding a good housekeeper and everyone in the past has been mediocre. Jody set the bar! I could not be more pleased! And most importantly, my fur babies absolutely love her! That means a lot to me.

Due to a rescheduling need, Tara was sent on a one-time basis. Her regular clients are distant. She takes pride in her work - very thorough. I'm sure Tara will please wherever she's assigned.

Stephanie has now been assigned as our regular cleaner. She is also thorough and pleasant.
