I’ve seen and used different companies. I’ve even worked for one in my younger years so I know the business. These guys use the right equipment to make nasty carpet, that seems hopeless, look new again! Nice people too

If you want upholstery clean just do it yourself, grab a carwash rag and cleaner and wipe. rather than pay someone $300 for a 30 min job that will literally do the same thing, only difference is that they do it with a little buffer. stains didn't come off. Disappointed in the service.

WORST CARPET CLEANING EVER!!!
If I could give no stars I would, this service doesn't deserve 1 star.

1. FROM THEIR WEBSITE "exact time you are available: no windows or waiting"

Well that wasnt true...but waiting wasn't really the issue.

2. FROM THEIR WEBSITE "When you hire Safe Dry Carpet Cleaning, you get a deep cleaning to remove the debris that your vacuum simply cannot get to."

The truth is they "REMOVE NOTHING".
The tech came in and vacuumed with a normal vacuum, then I hear the machine turn on. What I did not hear or see was any extraction. That's right NO EXTRACTION!!
All he did was spray the carpet and then go over it with spinning buffers.
When I asked about it apparently they charge more for extraction.
I mean seriously it was like using a larger version of a spinwave wood floor cleaner.

So really what I got today was the dirt pushed in further and/or just moved around.

3 FROM THEIR WEBSITE "Safe Dry Carpet Cleaning ensures every carpet fiber looks as good as new."

Again, NOT TRUE!! Once it dried it LOOKED WORSE!!

Lesson learned!!! So if you see Dry or Chem cleaning.....just move on and choose another company....what a scam!!

There were a couple tough spots that Camron hit and after they dried the spots were still there. He came back out when I called and hit the spots again and they seam to be gone for good. This company is very responsive.

My husband did not want me reviewing this company because he really liked the guys and felt like they did their best on getting the stains out. I dont. I waited about a year to post this but this is what I think people should know about them
Issues I had with them:
First off was pricing. After searching for a carpet cleaning company I saw that safe dry not only had specific cleaning techniques and supplies for pets but also offered a 3 rooms for $88 deal. When they got here they quoted something over $600! For 2 rooms!! (Master and an office) the kid called his boss and they brought it down to a little over $400!! Still seems like too much. We tell other people how much we pay and they look shocked. Even half that seems like a TON but we never had our carpets cleaned and didn't know. Plus we have pets and this is supposed to be safe for them. And if it works than that's great. Money well spent. Well it didn't so it wasn't.
Issue 2 was them getting the stains out.
They didn't. We are selling our house and the day after carpet cleaning we were supposed to have photos taken for the house's online selling info. The night after the carpets had been done nothing looked different. The room with cat pee in it smelled worse than it did when they got there (my husband rescued a cat someone abandoned at a bar and when she first got to our home the stess of living with 2 giant crazy dogs seemed to make her have occasional accidents. She used her litter box a lot but still there were accidents so that room was our main worry) the next morning I called and told them everything looked the same. We cancelled the pictures and they sent their guys back out a couple days later.
Issue 3. They don't wear those little shoe cover booties so they tracked shoe prints all through our home. Twice! The first day I was up at 6am in my hands and knees scrubbing foot prints off our wooden floors because at that point we weren't sure we were cancelling the 9am photographer or not. The second time they came I had to go back through and do it again.
Issue 4. They came back and again not much changed. They were able to get the red dirt stains out of the master a little better the second time around but in the office the stains were still visible and the smell was still stong. My husband thought we would just have to tear the carpet out. I told him to wait and we could just try and clean it ourselves. Currently the carpets look and smell great. What did we use? A $5 bottle of pet carpet cleaner I found at Wal-Mart and a vinegar/water/laundry detergent mix I made myself. I'm not sure if we could get some of our money back. We never called to ask. My husband just wanted to be done with the whole thing and not think of how he spent $425 to clean carpets and we ended up doing it ourselves for $5
I almost forgot the final problem. They use a round buffer machine instead of normal carpet cleaning vacuum so they "can't reach corners or get close to the walls very well." Why use that if you can't clean the entire room efficiently?!
After having to come twice you think someone would have called to make sure we were happy. No one did. You would think they would apologize for tracking foot prints through the house, not being able to clean the carpets and charging us 4 times the advertised amount. But they didn't.
I wish I could add pictures because I would. They should be embarrased by their work. I do have pictures posted on my Yelp review of them if you're curious.

Scott and Chris came out for a same-day requested quote and carpet cleaning service, which the carpet cleaning was excellent and their customer service added to the great first experience with Safe-Dry of Madison.

Bait and switch operation.
Great prices and deals on their website, so we called to try them out. “Oh that issue doesn’t qualify for that deal, so we’ll have to do xxxx, and that’s going to require special cleansers, so it’s going to cost $xxx more.” They come out to our house, take a look around, and say it’s going to cost 3x as much as we were told over the phone. So we get just a few rugs cleaned.
We were never satisfied with the results. They kept coming out and doing the same thing over and over again, but it just fundamentally wasn’t working. I think they came out a total of 6 times and still couldn’t get the smell out as promised, even after leaving a few blower fans for a day.
Their satisfaction guarantee is not a money back guarantee. They just promise to keep performing cleanings until the odor or stains are gone or the customer just decides to give up. After 6 attempts and no success, that’s what we did. To their credit though, they did give us a partial refund.

Mark was prompt, explained the carpet cleaning process well and he did a great job. I will definitely request him for my future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning requirements.

Very misleading pricing specials in my opinion. Carpet no where close to as clean as other carpet cleaning services and also much higher in price.
Would never recommend or use again. Technician was just fine, Just doing his job, so the results were in no way a reflection on him.

Mark was amazing and super professional, I recommend their services. I appreciate how honest he was about my service. I will definitely use Safe Dry again.

Jayden did a great job cleaning my couch! He was efficient and thorough. My couch looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Only giving 5 stars due to Mark. He came back out and made sure that my carpet was cleaner than they guy that came out yesterday. If you are expecting a van mount system, this is not the company for you. I am happy that they did at least try to make things right.

Keith was very nice hard worker, good job they are very pricey, online a different price was quoted for 3 rooms if you book online I did & that includes a basic cleaning but it didn’t specify then when measured it was more expensive.

Dominic was really chill, came in talked about prices. Gave my brother and I a really good deal with couches and 3 rooms. Came in and got the job done in about an hour and a half.

First time carpet wasn’t cleaned to my expectations, however they came back out and is now looking perfectly clean and new! It looks fantastic and smells AMAZING! The owner was extremely nice and took care of my concerns. The tech was really friendly and very nice. Thank you !
