Cam, did a wonderful job on my carpet. He was very professional and timely. He was considerate enough to have me check his work before he finished. Job well done.

The technican Dominic Bass was very professional and up front about everything. He was friendly and very respectful the entire time, even after seeing the situation at hand. I must say, I was a bit surprised to see there was no water used during the process and it turned out great.

Mark did a fantastic job at our home! He was kind, polite, fair with prices, and got the job done quickly! He was a pleasure to have in our home!!

1st time the technician came out and cleaned he left my carpets very wet. My baseboards, walls and wood floors that touched my carpeted areas had chemical, dirt and debris that I spent hours cleaning off.
Days to weeks after the service my carpet still felt crunchy and my vacuum was bringing up white residue that was sticking to my filters.
I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and take a look to advise what could be done. The technician did not show and did not call.
I called again was given a new appointment the following day. Twenty minutes after the appointment time, the technician still had not arrived.
Inevitably I cancelled and decided I lost nearly $200.00 on a carpet service that I was not happy with AND it was not going to be resolved. :-(
Would not recommend.

Ladarius was great. Our carpets look as good as new! He pointed out areas on our carpets where the fibers are beginning to break down and recommended purchasing area rugs to protect these areas. The cleaning took about an hour and the carpets dried quickly. I also liked getting a text message when he was on his way over to our house so we could see the ETA. Great customer service!

I should have done my due diligence before hiring this company Had 5 area rugs picked up to be cleaned. Michael, the tech, billed as one of our best did a horrible horrible job. My rugs were not cleaned and one is completely ruined . It has huge yellow stains and the entire texture is changed. These are hefty rugs and this one flops like a rag doll. I did not pay the outlandish amount they quoted. I shouldn't have paid a penny. In fact they should have paid me. I called the company and was told the manager would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. We'll, it's been more than 2 weeks and not a peep! This is a horrible way to treat customers. You should be ashamed! I will tell anyone who is looking for carpet cleaning services to stay way way away from this rip off of a company!!!

Chris did a great job. He arrived on time and explained everything in detail. He did great work in a timely manner and was very polite. I will recommend safe dry to my friends and family.

Called to see about service and pricing to clean college son's apartment at move out. He only lived there for three months. We had a short window of days to get this done. I got a price range over the phone that we were comfortable with so son setup appointment. When the technician came he saw what was on the order but convinced my son that a higher service was better and that service was twice the cost. I feel that they took advantage of him and the fact he needed the carpet cleaned asap. Beware! You will pay more than quoted.

Cameron is an amazing cleaning technician! He is a perfectionist at best! My husband and I have were very pleased with his work. Very professional and knowledgeable of the work he performed. Will be using this company again! Highly recommend giving them a try!

Dominic Bass did an excellent job. There were a couple of tough stains that I was not sure that would be able to come out of my carpet. Dominic was able to get the tough stains out without any issues. I was very pleased with the job that he did.

Dominic was our tech! He was on time and patient because we had totally forgotten our apt. He came in did the job quickly and was really helpful fixing our cost so that it wasn't more expensive! Love him!

Movers left my carpet muddy and stained. Dominic did a great job getting the dirt out. He was very friendly and professional. I was pleased with his work and with the friendly helpfulness of the ladies who answered the phones and scheduled the service. They are definitely on my call-again list if I need it.

Dominic was very pleasant & detailed, but quick. The cleaning did not take long and Dominic did an excellent job on the problem areas we pointed out to him. I was skeptical about having my carpet cleaned because I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) and allergies; however I had no bad reactions to this process or the formula used- this is great! I will definitely use Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning again.

Had an issue with the pricing of a general carpet cleaning after the service was completed and after a few calls, the quality control team at SafeDry was able to solve the issue. They were very responsive to my calls and wanted to address any concern I had. The carpet looked great - our technician Trey arrived early and did a great job.

Rug was brought back wet and didn't seem right once it was fully dry. Started running carpet shampooer on it and this is the color coming up after having it cleaned through safedry. Someone was supposed to follow up but never did. Money down the drain.

Don’t use this company in Madison! I scheduled an appointment on Friday. Guess what, they never showed up and I already paid. The manager contacting me but that was no good either because he never resolved the issue. I had to clean the carpet myself! Worst company ever!!

Jason did a good job helping to clean some carpet that had been soiled by a sink overflow. His equipment looked nice and he was quick. They were also cheaper than at least one other price I checked.

I’m happy to say they did a great job cleaning our ottoman and chair! Very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Johnny did excellent work. Thank you guys!
