I rent a condo from Glen, and was having issues with my air conditioning. Glen got with the homeowners association and gained access to the roof. He was able to fix it quickly, and it has been running great ever since. Excalibur Heating and Air LLC was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Glen is a true professional. He worked with our schedule and provided excellent service. Extremely polite, very fair priced and honest. We will be using Excalibur Heating and Air exclusively moving forward for our HVAC needs and would highly recommend them.

Glen has helped us at Rocket City Revolution BJJ several times and will always be our go to guy. Glen, was very helpful in getting our AC unit back up and running after our capacitor blew. He informed us on what and how he planned on fixing the issue, which was very nice. He also let us know our coolant was low and was again very informative on what he was doing when adding coolant back into the unit.

We are beyond thrilled that Glen and Excalibur was recommended to us. After two weeks without AC, and speaking with 10+ local companies giving us conflicting information (with suggestions to replace our unit with quotes as high as 25k), Glen came out and replaced the blower fan for $425. Glen was recommended to me by a friend of a friend after one of the large HVAC companies in town told me it would take 2-8 weeks to get the parts and quoted me $2,400+ to replace an in-warranty evaporator coil. Glen worked with me to get the evaporator coil from another source and had me up and running again in less than a week for $1,600. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Glen and Excalibur.

Glen did a great job. He spent the extra time to explain my options with the risks and benefits associated in a helpful way. While it took some time to get the repair part, that is not something in his control. Once the part arrived He did the repair quickly and its holding up great. I have a Carrier system that is 20 years old. A few years ago, I was having issues with my system and thought I was going to need a new HVAC. Glen convinced me I could likely get many more years service from my unit because the older systems were built to last, so I made the decision to go with the repair. Recently, I was having a problem with one end of my house always being colder in the winter and warmer in the summer. Glen recommended and installed an ecobee thermostat that has made a world of difference in the comfort of my home. The ecobee has a sensor I put in the opposite end of the house to keep the whole house comfortable. While he was here, he did a diagnostic system check, and found the system is still performing great!

Glen is the best guy to work with. He's knowledgeable, honest, and just all around great at what he does. He has a wonderful attitude and is fun to be around and chat to. He answered all my many questions and takes care of his clients. Highly recommend his services! Thanks, Glen!

Glen was quick and professional. He helped me find a budget friendly solution to my problem and helped me to understand the “why” behind some the issues I was seeing. Never felt like he was upselling me or trying to scare me into repairs I didn’t need. Highly recommended and will be using him for all my HVAC needs moving forward.

Glen is the most professional, knowledgeable and nice AC expert I’ve been working with. From his nice truck and neat gears you could tell he is a very detailed man. I couldn’t appreciate more with his help. He is very responsible and you could just trust him.

They showed up on time and were very professional. They fixed my problem at a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

I called Precision Air because it was late in the day and they were close by. Unfortunately they were still out on another job but Nathan said they could work me in since I was along the way back to the shop. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem as a complete coolant loss. Applied some Nitrogen and low and behold, there it was, a cracked weld. They were able to re-weld it, verified the repair, applied vacuum and refilled the unit with coolant. Back on line! It was 6:30 pm when they finished. Call them, you'll be glad you did! Lowest service call fee around!

Called several times left message no call back. Finally reached a real person said they would call the next day to set up appointment. Nothing. Again more calls and messages no response. Gave up called another co who came out same day. I had used this co a year ago and was very happy with service. Not sure what happened since then.

I highly recommend MPE Services. They did an excellent job for us on a couple of different projects. Layne (electrician) and Andrew (gas fitter) and their assistants were super nice and easy to work with. They had a great attention to detail and worked through some complex issues to get us fixed up.

Had an emergency plumbing call and called MPE. They sent Brent to my home right away. He actually really impressed me. Very knowledgeable. Very polite and professional. Very detailed and thorough. Explained what he did and why he did that way. Wasn’t messy and left everything neat and tidy when he finished. He even noticed our toilet was running and was making a noise and asked if we would like him to fix it while he was there. It cost me extra money but that was a good plumber for noticing and a great employee for making that extra sale. I will definitely recommend him to to others.
