I had a brand new wonderful Waterstone faucet being installed by Austin Huggins with MPE Services. He did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Today Colin with MPE removed and installed a new water heater for me. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend MPE Services to everyone. Great job Colin!

Service was exceptional! Jessalyn called me before she was about to arrive. She was on time and very professional in how she did troubleshooting on an electrical circuit. After one hour she explained that she would need to come back and bring a 2nd tech with her due to the complexity of the job. She carefully explained what the estimate of charges would be and let me know if the job was completed before the estimated time she would adjust the amount to reflect the actual hours spent on the job. We coordinated for another visit and she once again called before she arrived and was on time. Before she got into some deep troubleshooting, she asked if she could try one more simple thing to figure out the problem. When she did, it solved the problem. She adjusted the cost back down to reflect the actual time spent on the problem. The cost was very reasonable and I am very happy with the outcome and the fact that she went the extra mile to give the best service possible. I highly recommend this company. Their prices are much more reasonable than the big regional electric services.

Tim West recently replaced my HVAC unit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took great care in handling every detail and made sure the entire process went smoothly.

HVAC was installed by Thomas, new build. Less than 17 months old and have had 7 service calls. They can’t seem to find the problem that they installed. Been without AC for over 45 days this year and the last time was for 28 days straight. Talked to manager, Robert that promised to take the lead then did nothing he promised and refused to return calls No integrity what so ever. Avoid

Robert oversaw his workers to install an entire replacement HVAC system with and an additional duckless air system with integrity and professionalism. They're pricing for labor was honest and fair. They completed the contract in record time. It was an enjoyable experience. All the men who worked to complete the project were above and beyond the best.

As a retired general contracting of 35 years and since covid there have been difficulties with sub contractors on this project who did not maintaine the same integrity and pride in their work that I had years ago.

The team worked quickly and were eager to correct any and all minor changes that arose.

My experience in the last two years with five other contractors were nowhere near the professional, expertise, workmanship, integrity and most importantly the respect to property given. They cleaned up daily after themselves, Maintain Excellent
Communication throughout the project.

Robert is an excellent Project manager overseeing the project without fail. When questions were brought up (minor) and changes needed to be made he addressed the changes with eagerness and action.

They took the time.
To inform the owner of the operation of the units and tested the units multiple times.

With several small homes to be built in the near future I will definitely use their services on all future projects. I highly recommend this company and especially Robert as your project leader.

Technician Patrick McBride was awesome. I didn’t realize we were scheduled for today and I had a Dr appt that same morning. I was going to reschedule my Dr but Patrick insisted I not do that. He would be done in time for me to get to my appt. And he did just that. He serviced our Generak and was on his way in no time. Great job too! MPE has always provided us with great service on Plumbing & Electrical. I highly recommend them for all your home needs.

Jessalyn came out to give me a quote for a garbage disposal, and I honestly thought it would be a quick in-and-out kind of thing. We didn’t think there was a power outlet under the sink, but she took the time to really check — even going as far as taking apart the dishwasher to figure it out. That was above and beyond in my book.

Once we decided to move forward with a new disposal, she stayed in touch every step of the way. Her communication has been great, her work is efficient, and she’s just genuinely kind. We’ll absolutely keep using her services in the future. Thank you, Jessalyn!

MPE service tech Patrick did an excellent job repairing and servicing my Generac. Polite and knowledgeable.

10/10 recommend! I called in the morning about a light switch issue I was having and they were at my home by around noon. Robby was both professional and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I got the switch I wanted. While they were there I asked about an estimate on something else. I appreciated that they took the time to explain to me what all it would entail and I felt the cost was reasonable. They did great quality work and cleaned up after themselves. MPE technician, Nial, came out and installed 2 new faucets, fixed a dripping faucet, and fixed a leaking garden tub faucet handle. This is the second time Nial has worked at my house. Nial is very knowledgeable and very good at his work. I would recommend MPE and Nial to everyone.

This team is amazing. I needed an outlet added to my sunroom, a light switch fixed, and a fan install. The team was professional and they were so kind.

I was updated on the technicians arrival time by the office and, later, by the technician. He was thorough in his work. Didn’t rush through the maintenance. He updated me on what he had done and the condition of my Generac before he left. Very friendly!
