Called Jessie with a plumbing issue at the office. Had someone out and had it fixed within 2 hours for a reasonable price.

Bradley has been servicing my Generac generator for at least the last couple of years. He's always professional and keeps me informed. I recommend him without reservation, as I do MPE in general. I've experienced only exceptional service and communication from them.

Patrick came to do yearly service on our Generac. Unfortunately, there was a gasket leak on the oil filter and the oil was almost dry, and one spark plug was cross threaded.

Patrick had to buy a part to correct the threads. He also had to clean up all of the oil in the unit. He tested it and now everything is running fine. He was very thorough and we would like to have him return next year to do our service!

He called to let me know when he would be arriving. And he was prompt. It took some doing. But he had to replace the supply line to my refrigerator icemaker. I felt bad for him that he had to go through the crawl space to get to the problem. But it's fixed without any other problem. I definitely would recommend MPE services in the future. And he has my thanks.

We were having sporadic problems with several outlets in our kitchen, so I contacted MPE Services to come check things out. Patrick arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of the necessary fixes, and even checked additional outlets. It turned out those outlets were in the same condition, though they hadn't exhibited any issues yet. Patrick was a total professional. I totally recommend MPE services!

Andrew arrived per your dispatchers schedule. Replaced part and checked for leaks. Mr. Jone's remedy (which was a surprise to me) was not reasonable. #1 the part should have been under warranty so the swap for that and the gas bill that he apparently never intended to pay was not in good faith. I paid your bill on call and on time so not sure about your management's policies.

He performed my generator maintenance with step by step precision while being very inviting and answering my mechanical questions. Absolutely professional and timely work replacing our HVAC unit. They even moved up the installation date from the original quote which was great considering the power costs our old unit was causing. I have used MPE for years for cleaning and servicing and have had no complaints. Will continue to do business with them.

I had three bids for my two new HVAC systems. Communications with the main agent were pretty good. However, when the crew arrived yesterday to commence installation, there was confusion as to how to get the large gas / package off the trailer and over to the installation site. Leadership was fuzzy, even after I had told them that getting the trailer into the yard was OK with me. My neighbor with a small John Deere tractor saved the day with a fork lift to get the new unit over to the site. Also, I wanted a new pad, but they had not brought one. Once things got going, the crew worked well and quickly got the old stuff out of the way and installed the new units, including the blower unit in the attic. They answered my questions and concerns and got it all done well. I had to remind them to get the smaller 2T unit leveled. Overall, the job was well-done and I'm happy with the new equipment. A customer needs to REALLY ensure that his concerns and wishes are understood and that the crew complies. I do recommend MPE.

SHAWN was an excellent service tech. He called before arrival and was early to the appointment time. He kept me informed of costs to items that needed to be replaced and fixed.

I was charged 600 dollars for labor for toy stuck in the toilet that they were unable to get. A toilet cost 200 bucks. Why they didn’t suggest just buying a new toilet is beyond me

Excellent all around customer service!! Jesslyn was an amazing technician. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Honest on her final invoice when she could've let me pay a higher price. They are my electricians & maybe even my plumbers going forward on my personal property & properties I manage!!

Patrick McBride did an excellent job doing repairs on our Genrac that was struck by lightning. He was very prompt, informed us of what he was doing & what parts he was replacing. Explained everything in detail. Very professional young man.
