There are a couple companies out of the many I use for various reasons that really stand out - this is one of them. I had an issue with my AC and called right at 8am. After a brief description of the issue, Joe said he would have a tech call me back, and asked what number they should call. From past experience, I knew I should ask when to expect the call, so I would know whether to give my cell number or not. He said it would be as soon as the tech left their current project, which would be soon. I got a call back about an hour later, and the tech said they could be there in 20 minutes. They arrived, diagnosed the problem, went to get a new motor, installed it, and it was functioning again by 10:30. Wow. And, the total bill was about $360. I have dealt with these guys for a couple years and their expertise and customer interaction/service will keep me dealing with them for a long time.

Will and Zach came and did a time sensitive job for me with microbial growth issues. They were friendly and professional. They were also educational. I felt confident in what they were doing as well as comfortable knowing the end results would be fantastic! Thank you !!

I worked with Chad on my AC. He really knows his stuff and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I can't say the same for other companies.

I had a pipe burst, and the water went down the air registers. I called to have Air Essentials come out and check for damage to A/C system. First off they couldn't get out for almost a week. Then, on the day they were supposed to come out they "forgot" that I had a time slot awaiting a technician. They scheduled me for today, and just called at the end of the arrival window to inform me they could not come out again... Very unprofessional! I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

If you are in a private home with a flexible air duct system, don't waste your money. I explained my problem in detail over the phone, including my duct system, and was led to believe the system could be cleaned. The technicians were in my home for less than 5 minutes and told me that they could not clean the types of ducts I had in my home, yet charged me a full $95.00 "diagnostic" fee. According to the technician, it would have been free if it were an "evaluation", but they were sent for a "diagnostic". Know the difference, or avoid this shady company altogether.

After several service calls we had to have a new HVAC unit. We could not have been more pleased. Everyone at Air Essentials were great to work with and they did a fantastic job.

Chad is always professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the kids and I are comfortable. He doesn’t just do maintenance and repairs, he also takes the time to educate you on how to keep your system efficient! He is always my go to for ac stuff!

Call them. You won’t regret it. Amazing customer service, responsive, on-time, and knowledgeable, Air Essentials is a pleasure to work with and will always be our first choice to call when we need anything heating and cooling related.

I have been very pleased with Air Essentials. They replaced ductwork because of mold last year, regularly maintain my HVAC system and do occasional other work (dryer duct cleaning). They are not the cheapest, but they are by far the best I have found in my 20 years in Huntsville. This week, they did some work and unfortunately their truck leaked transmission fluid on my just-cleaned driveway. After I sent an email that evening, they were out the very next day and cleaned the oil. No complaining. No excuses. They just made it right; they care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for true professionals providing these services.

I was very excited about this company. Very nice when they came to my house to inspect. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I was told I would get a quote the next day. I waited a month on a quote. I text twice to get the quote. I was told that they would get it to me ASAP both times. I never got it. I just needed my place fixed so I could get on with life. It would have been nice to know if they were too busy or weren’t able to schedule it yet, but there was no communication from their end. I had to do all the work to try to hire them. Very disappointed.

these guys were 100% professional from start to finish. job was done exactly on time and within an hour or so, cost matched estimate to the penny. technician could not have been more friendly! highly recommend!

I loved working with these guys. They take pride in their work and they are knowledgeable. My son was having severe allergies in our (new to us) home and Will from Air Essentials came to our house and was able to pinpoint the problem within minutes. He came back days later and cleaned up/resolved the issue. It was well worth the phone call.

The guys at Air Essentials are the best! They are VERY knowledgeable and have been able to work through difficult issues at minimal cost. You can trust them for fairness and honesty. I have had personal extensive duct work at my home done by them from ducts being destroyed by mice, an air cleaner light installed that I love, as well as other stuff, and I have referred them to friends who have raved about them as well. They also have cleaned my ducts which was very easy and quick, and I was very pleased with the results. These guys are talented at what they do. They charge $95 to come out and analyze but if they subsequently do work, it is applied to that cost. Travis, Tommy, Joe, Will, and I am sure anyone else there are all superb. I highly recommend Air Essentials!!!!

We could not be more pleased with Air Essentials! They were great at communication and their professionalism was outstanding! All of the service men that came out were curitious and thoughtful. They were meticulous with everything they did and were not messy at all, our house was cleaner when they left! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done impeccably! We would definitely recommend them and use them again if there is ever a need.

Our AC stopped working late yesterday – the hottest day of the year (so far). I contacted Air Essentials, and they had it fixed very early today. Quick response, friendly staff, and excellent service! Highly recommend.
