One of our Air Conditioning units went out and another was on the cusp of dying unable to cool our house. I worked thru a warranty company with the provided vendor and was not happy with the services offered. We ended up shopping around for alternatives and ended up going with Air Essentials and got 2 units installed and were extremely happy with the end result. Ended up getting 2 ionizers as well with the install and notice a difference in the air when we woke up this morning even after we have 4 hospital grade air purifiers already running but this seems to perform better. The overall installation process and professionalism was top tier. Got here around 10 and everything was installed and working by 5. Strongly recommend.

I wanted to take time to share the professionalism and care I received from this company. Every time they say they will be there, they are. They went above and beyond to hunt down a unit that would fit, and it was installed exactly when they said it would be. We had no a/c the hottest time of year, so they provided a window unit which helped us be able to stay in our home until our a/c arrived. Our a/c works so great, and we are so happy with the product and service! Thank you for being a company people can trust.

Air Essentials is awesome! We’ve been in this house a long time, and they’ve done everything they could to keep our furnace & AC working for many years past what would be expected. Last week was all that the ol’ system had left in it.
Chad considered what we would need; came up with a great system; and explained the details to us. He found a system that had really good current offers and incentives from the manufacturer. When we were ready, he and the crew got after it! New AC and furnace system install was pretty much done in half a day.
AND IT IS SO QUIET! Works great, too. Love it!
As they hauled off the old system, we noticed it was installed in 1990! 35 years was a good run. Looking forward to many, many good years of comfort from this new one. Thank you, Air Essentials!

Rudy came out to conduct an HVAC tune up, provided by my Home Warranty. He was friendly and helpful. Got the job done quickly and didn't try to upsell anything.

Best Care replaced my main AC unit about 3months ago and they were very professional, friendly, and made quick work of the install. Lynne the office rep is always friendly and ready to take care of customers needs.

Kamron did a phenomenal job servicing our unit. He was polite and friendly and explained everything he was doing. He also provided tips on preventative maintenance for our unit. Thank you for your professionalism!

Owen and Kayden did a great job getting our new hvac installed. Worked efficiently, quickly and cleaned up their mess.

Best Care states that they operate with honesty and integrity, and they are customer centric. I have not found this to be true. I have contacted them multiple
times, phone and email. They will not get back in touch with me. I have used them in the past and it has been positive. This latest event, they have not provided the “best care” they advertise. I requested a
specific placement (an up charge) and did not receive it, but was charged for it. I have tried to talk to someone and get the run around from customer service. Their own employee told me if he had experienced what I had he would not do business with the company.

My service technician was Rudy Snow and his professionalism was amazing. He was able to identify the issue with my unit and recommended the most economical option to get the unit back working. I will use Best Care Plumbing again.

I did have to go without heat for much longer than expected. However, Best Care took matters into their own hands to expedite service and get things taken care of.

Went from “avoid at all costs” to “would hire again”.

Cameron came today for a inspection of our heating unit, and he was super thorough, friendly, and communicated well. I told him he's my new favorite! Thank you for being or technician today!

Had to have a part ordered. As soon as it came in I was scheduled for first thing the next morning.
I have an older HVAC unit so waiting on parts is not unheard of. Best Care took care of my needs ASAP!!! Excellent service!!
