American Carpet has been servicing us for years! Their customer service is professional, courteous and very friendly. American Carpet offers a variety of beautiful home decor such as area rugs, ceramic tile, marble tops and flooring.

Erin was amazing on helping me not just once but twice for my needs. She helped me get great flooring to redo living room. Also, when it was time to do remodel for bathroom she was great there as well. I plan on keep using her when I get ready to do my other projects I have in my home.

We had a whole house renovation and thought that things would go quickly using American carpets. We replaced all of the floors, a shower and put flooring, cabinets and granite in our kitchen. The cabinets and granite in the kitchen are amazing. Everything else is junk. They hire the cheapest contractors and do not treat them well. I am very disappointed in this company. After asking other contractors, I realized that this company does not have a good reputation with contractors. I recommend that you ask around before doing business with them.

We have done business here before and once again the employees were OUTSTANDING! They even took us in the back to show us their kitchen flooring so we could have a better feel for what it would look like Another place you have got to at least check out if you're in the market for flooring. But they have other items also like tile for backsplashes.

Our church purchased carpet and contracted American flooring to do our installation for our sanctuary. However after a few months the carpet started unraveling badly. And this has been an ongoing situation since we purchased the carpet. finally someone came out and took pictures and supposedly we're going to get back with us however no one has reached back out to us in over a month to tell us anything one way or the other. I have been constantly calling and leaving messages but no one has returned our call to let us know what do they intend on doing about this bad batch of carpet that they sold us. But I guess if people don't care about God's house then they definitely won't care about your house.

I had a great experience at American Flooring, Cabinets, & Carpets. Erin’s expertise in cabinetry & design helped me to select the perfect cabinets for my kitchen and bathroom. She was very patient and guided me through the entire design process. I left feeling assured that I will have the perfect kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Thanks Erin!

I also worked with Blake to purchase the granite countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. He responded to my requests in a timely manner and was very patient when I made changes. I would recommend Blake to anyone looking to upgrade their home. Thank you Blake!

I would like to say that American Flooring Cabinets and Granite is the best place to purchase what you need to make your home beautiful. Erin was so patient and help us design our kitchen just the way we wanted it to look. Blake didn’t rush us as we took our time and picked out the cabinets and countertops. It was the most pleasant buying experience we ever had. YOU CANNOT NOT WRONG WITH AMERICAN CARPET. The only option was five Stars but I give them 100 Stars. Thank for everything.

Its been 1 year since this company destroyed what used to be our "dream forever home". We withheld payment until the job was done correctly and we finally got to a point where we had to settle with them months later. After many, many "re-dos" they repeatedly showed us they do not know what they are doing. And destroyed our house in the process. The sloppiness evidenced by dents/chips all throughout our house are still being found (dishwasher, custom cabinetry, baseboards, doors, walls, etc). I brought it to their attention and no accountability was taken. They also lied about the results of the moisture level test on our slab. We had a specialized flooring inspector come to our house and reported the grouting was done incorrectly. Don Williams (owner) then came to our house and tried to use intimidation tactics to get us to pay full price and also said, "When you started this project did you think it was going to come out perfect?" Well, yes.. As it should be for the price we paid and our expectations of a flooring company. Please look elsewhere for future work. I would not recommend this business.

Best Experience Ever!

This past week, we had a scheduled installation of a new kitchen tiled floor. A gentleman called before heading out to see if we need any additional materials, such as metals. This was great because we weren’t sure if we had enough on hand.

We had a father and son team arrive within the hour of the call. They were so kind and professional, treating my 90 year old Father and my Mother with the utmost respect. They worked with and explained everything that they did with my Dad. They even moved the heavy appliances back into the kitchen for us.

These guys made this long overdue project one of the best experiences ever for my parents. We can’t thank you enough!!

Came into American Carpets and Flooring today and Don Williams (the main man, the President) took care of my flooring needs. He was professional, informative and a delightful gentleman. I have been doing business with American Carpets 20+ years and they still had my flooring information!!! They have beautiful cabinets, carpet, ceramic, granite and wood. Reasonable prices and their rugs are on sale!! Stop by for bargains and great service. I’m one pleased customer!!!!

Needed a quick install to sell a house. Customer service was outstanding. Jim worked with me and helped find me a great deal on new flooring. Installed two days later and looks great. Can't thank Jim and the installers enough for the great service and help picking a great looking carpet for the whole house.

Katelynn has been working with me on getting everything scheduled for my kitchen renovation along with Erin in getting the layout just right for me. Both of these young ladies are extremely talented individuals. If you need help in getting your renovation done go to American Carpet they have a dream team.

Erin is what makes this company excellent! She helped me every step of the way to create a beautiful custom bathroom. She coordinated everything for me from the tile,
to cabinets and installation and plumbing and electric. I will be working with Erin again for any of my custom cabinet/bath renos!

I just visited the store in Mobile, AL. I was in the store 10 minutes and NOONE acknowledged my presence - not the two ladies chatting at desk 1, nor the other lady walking around, nor the two guys talking to each. I thought maybe they were all helping customers. However, their conversations were all evident that they were all employees.

My mother recently had a pipe burst in her home which caused flooding and water damage which required the floors to be completely replaced throughout the home. American Flooring Cabinets & Granite handled the replacement from beginning to finish. From the time we walked in we were met with great professionalism and knowledge. Brad Thompson and John Marino did an excellent job assisting us with not only choosing the best flooring for the home but also in navigating the insurance claim process to get things moving as quickly as possible and even finding a plumber! We were extremely pleased with their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the same ordeal with an insurance company.

I stopped by American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite today in hopes of bragging to Blake Kirkland about the lovely vinyl planking floors my Son and I had just installed. Blake wasn’t in but y’all… I was introduced to the charming, and still quite handsome, Mr. Don Williams. The sweet lady that greeted me when I came in said, “You can brag to him… he’s the owner of the store”. And so I did! Rewind a few weeks ago, I was in a dilemma over my floors in the Apartment I was adding over my garage. After several failed attempts at “brown paper bag floors” I was just done. Totally against Vinyl Planking floors, I had several trusted friends talk me into just going to look at them because the quality had improved so much. Another friend told me not to go to a big named store, but to go to a Real flooring store. So I decided to go to “American Carpets - Open 8 to 8 so don’t be late!” Telling my age a bit but that had to be one of my favorite commercials of that time with Don himself and his cute little granddaughter. It was that commercial that brought me into his store years ago when I purchased carpet from him and had it installed in a previous house I had built. I was very pleased back then and as a returning customer I am very pleased once again with the quality and service I received. They have since then expanded and changed their name to include the other quality products they now have, but their service is still the same. When I walked in a few weeks ago… that’s when I met Blake. Unable to find the floor I had set my heart on (No one makes it anymore), Blake helped me to decide on what would best meet my needs. I had pictures of my rooms and was a little apprehensive on what would go best in the space I needed flooring for. He was very patient with me and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. And once again, I couldn’t be more satisfied. I’m sorry I missed you Blake, but I’m honored to meet you Don. After visiting for a bit and showing some pictures to Don and the sweet lady at the front desk, I asked if there was a way I could share the pictures with Blake…. So here I am… a very satisfied customer once again! Please see the attached photos Blake! My floors turned out perfect! And as my friend recommended… I got the best quality flooring for a much better price than the “BIG” named stores! I will be coming back for my rug soon Don! 😁

They had the best selection of the vinyl tile we were looking for than anyone else in the area. Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Installation was efficient and installers were also professional and courteous.

I came into town for to weeks and needed to get new flooring in my home. I visited the showroom spoke to Jonny Marino. He was very helpful and helped picking out colors and material for my floors. He also arranged to have the tile and carpet installed within a week, very reasonable. When I had some issues with a couple of doors he stepped up and helped me resolve them, even though he didn’t have too. Thanks for all your help Johnny.
