The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. My heating and cooling system was inoperable since summer. Two companies were sent out to fix it. They both did “patch up” jobs without fixing the problem. Martirosian analyzed and resolved the issue within an hour. I am so appreciative of their expertise.

I visited a Wawa convenience store in Oviedo Florida this morning, and 2 Nations Roof employees refused to wear masks during their 4-5 minute visit. If that's how little concern Nations Roof has for the health and safety of their customers, then I will not support Nations Roof, ever. And yes, they wore yellow company logo shirts and drove off in a company van. Shame.

Nations Roof has been easy to work with, quick to respond to my questions and or communications with them. They get the work done in a timely manner for a great price. I will continue to use them.

Nations Roof was tasked with the repair of a pre-existing condition from The time our home was built using a different roofer. A prior roofing vendor could not find the problem and merely hid the stain on the drywall. Nations Roof came, analyzed the problem, found the source of the problem and fixed it. It has only been a week and it did rain, but so far so good. I was particularly pleased with the way they went about their business to diagnose the problem. They were courteous and professional, reporting that there was no tar between the roof tile and the flashing, only along the sides. It seemed effortless. Roof Repairs,
I had two locations that water was leaking into my home and I made contact with Nations Roof Steep Slope in Winter Garden FL on the 5th of Oct, 2020 and the response was immediate! On the13th of Oct, 2020. The Service/Repair Manager (Tracy Bean) sent his team out initially to make an assessment and to provide details of the damages to me and take photos which were sent back to the office to be further analyzed. I was immediately contacted and informed that the repairs would take one (1) day to complete and the Team would be at my home at 9:00 on Tuesday the 20th Oct, 2020.
*****The team (I failed to remember their names) arrived at 8:27am eager and ready to complete the repairs*****. Great Workers, Displayed Professionalism at all time!! They were All about Business (No Horse Playing) took the extra measure to cover the area where they had removed the shingle for repair with a tarp during an Sudden Down pour of rain.
The tar that your team used was placed meticulously, in abundance and accurately (From a Novice Point of View). Regarding the New shingles your team look like they systemically and carefully placed them properly, appears as if it was Artist at Work! True Professionals, answered all my questions and kept me updated on their progress. I would Most Definitely recommend Nations to anyone who want Professional and Thorough work conducted.
