Great customer relations. The owner is always available. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely helpful with my Air Conditioning needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Air Conditioning Company.

This is the worst company I have ever used in my life. The owner (Andy Cross) called me at 11:00pm the night before my scheduled appointment the next day to verify I would be there. Once the technician arrived the next day, an hour and a half late I might add, he was very dirty and unorganized. It took him an hour to tell me I had a bad compressor and that the only thing to do was replace the system. After that I got a phone call from the boss being very pushy about replacing the unit and I got the feeling as if he was talking down to me as if I was dumb. The next day I had a tech from a different company come out and replaced a capacitor? Had me up and running in 30 minutes. I strongly suggest using a difrerent company.

I called them on a Saturday after the AC went out in a house my grandmother is staying in. They made it out just a few short hours after I called and provided exceptional service. My aunt said that the technician that showed up was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly as well as the lady that took my payment over the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will call them again if service is needed.

When I called this business they were quick to answer the phones and get a very respectable technician out to our place. I was recently laid off from my job and the owner Andy Cross was very understanding, and help me manage a pay plan that worked for the business and quality of our home. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I've used Same Day Heating and Air for years. They check my heat pump spring and fall, keep it running flawlessly!! They support technology, such as surge protectors to keep equipment protected. Their technicians are top notch and thoroughly professional. Prices for services have always been the best!! Thanks!!!

Same Day Air is a GREAT COMPANY. I had an emergency and they came out the SAME DAY. The staff was easy to work with and exceptionally polite. If you’re looking for honest and dependable, then these are your guys. I called them to get a second opinion on what’s going on with my AC system and saved about 10k in the process. Skip the larger companies that just want to sell you an overpriced unit and call Polar Air.

We have been extremely happy with Paul and his team at Veteran Air LLC
One of the very few business we have total faith with their work and their follow up business.
They installed a new Reems air con at our home a few years ago and it was the best update decision we made. The other best of our new air and heating system is once a year usually in March a Veteran tech will check and maintain our Reems. With the hot months approaching we feel that our air/heating system will be okay
