I called Service Tec One Heating & Air at 5:00 PM and they were here in less than 20 minutes! He diagnosed what was wrong my A/C really quick and fixed it!

The owner operator of this business is exactly what you hope for when you are looking for a technician for your home. Knowledgeable, but also imparts his concern for your situtation. I am not originally from the South and the heat here can turn me into an unpleasent person and yet everytime I have needed service; Service tech has solved my problem while dealing with me in my heat induced atypical sterness. I could not recommend Serice Tech more highly.

Requested a quote for replacing heater and a/c. Came out quickly. Excellent price and proceeded with project. Install went quickly 2 days after quote. I would highly recommend this service.

These guys are literally the best! Everywhere else is so expensive and they are super reasonably priced. You won’t be disappointed with them. We called and they came out day of and was finished in less than 20 minutes. I just can’t recommend them enough!

I rarely provide reviews but when a company sets themselves apart from the rest, I feel that I should share that information with everyone else. I depend a lot on reviews, when I am choosing a residential contractor, and take review submittals very seriously.Brad Houston and his crew were very professional and efficient.In my career, I have overseen hundreds of large projects in the industrial realm so I know what I am looking for in a contractor. It takes an elite contractor to impress me and Service Tec One has accomplished that.

So thankful I found them online! The AC went out in my daughter’s home during the extreme heat advisory in Mobile. They were able to provide service the same day I called. Really appreciate the quick response from Brad! Would definitely use them again!

I highly recommend Service Tec One! I had 3 quotes for a new AC/Furnace and Service Tec One offered a very competitive price. They also offered to price match, military discount, & twice as long of a labor warranty as the other two quotes. They completed the job in a quick professional manner. It's late July, and finding an AC company that can come out quickly takes time. However, Service Tec One Heating and Air arrived within the hour and fixed my air conditioner promptly. Additionally, their prices were great.

I called Service Tec One to get an estimate on a repair of my air handler in my attic. Brad responded right away and came down to my house after hours to check it out at no cost. He quickly told me what was wrong with my unit and gave me an estimate. He offered to have it fixed right away but he also offered to help me out by providing the necessary replacement parts to fix it myself. I took his word and purchased the replacement parts from him at no extra cost that what he paid for. He told me exactly how to fix it and even offered a hand if I got stuck. Overall he saved me over $400 in labor and got my a/c back in service in less than 24hrs. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service and I am glad I called him first. I recommend Service Tec One for all you A/C needs, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I are going through a major update of our home. During all the chaos of work and no-show contractors our Heat Pump breathed its last breath and went to A/C heaven. We searched for an affordable, reputable, and reliable Air Conditioner contractor. After a lot of exploring we finally came across Service Tech-One who had a good deal of excellent reviews on several sites. The owner, Brad Houston, came over and worked up estimates based on three levels of systems. The estimate was based on each unit’s energy efficiency, costs, and warranty. He let us know that the higher seer units qualified for a tax credit - which I researched and fount to be true. He also gave us the option to use Alabama Power’s program to purchase the system. He is deeply knowledgeable and listened to our needs and concerns. We decided to go with the higher efficiency Amana System because of the robust warranty and the $300 tax credit. Brad gave us an install date and time.

Now….as I have explained above, my wife and I have been stood up on NUMEROUS occasions by many a contractor who said they would be at our home on such a date at such a time. So, we half expected them to not show up or to be late. To our delight, Brad and his crew were one minute early on the install day……that goes a long way with us. The guys did a fantastic job of installing, testing, and cleaning. VERY professional and courteous. The install, both inside and out was very neat and tight. The closet for the inside unit had all new insulation board installed and all seams were taped. The crew tested the ducts for leaks and Brad installed new condensate overflow switches and blew out the line as well as poured Clorox down it to insure it was clear (the old unit had flooded the house TWICE). They also installed another leak detector (in series) in the A/C return vent to be absolutely sure we would NEVER have a repeat flood. His guys installed a new thermostat and set it up (I had them install a smart thermostat) so I could integrate it into our smart home. They moved the shut off switch for the outside unit to comply with city codes and installed a leaf guard over the A/C units (since we have a lot of trees).

We would highly recommend Service Tech-One. Brad and his crew are top-notch in our book. Trust me, you’ll be happy you went with these guys!

My Central Air Unit was not cooling. I called around and all of the service techs were booked, including Service Tech One, but Brad H. was very empathetic to my situation. He arrived in 30 minutes, and provided great service. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
