This guy sucks. Waited 3 hrs for him. Missed 2 appointments. Stopped answering calls. Kept stringing me along. Worst service of my life.

I would give zero starts if I could!!!! Ronnie is the most unprofessional person I've ever met!!!!! He was high when he finally showed up, after saying he was on the way for hours. Then he delivered me a BROKE washer machine!!! Now I'm having to fight to get my money back!!!!

These people are TERRIBLE. After taking three hundred dollars to "order parts", they have now canceled on me twice and completely stood me up on another occasion. Now they refuse to answer my call at all. Theae people are a bunch of thieves. Stay FAR, FAR Away from Advanced Appliance and Ronnie Greenlee.

This company sent a man out and charged me $230.00 and the next day he was supposed to come back and clean the outside unit and he never showed up. He basically took my money and ran.

I don't recommend this company to anyone.

He put freon in a air condition unit when it had a leak.

He was very professional and respectful well spoken he serviced our ice maker also found other problems that another company had left behind and fixed that problem as well thank you Ronnie for your professional work. Definetly will continue to use him. Jo Ann Burke

These guys are terrific. They went over and above to make things right. I wish I had more to give them. Well worth the experience. I highly recommend them. I would call them if I ever needed something.

The guys were knowledgeable, and on the second trip, were able to fix our refrigerator, which now works well again. Unfortunately, we didn't know about them at first, and called another repair person, who turned out to be less than competent, and actually did a "repair" that could have damaged our compressor. If you are reading this in a search for a refrigerator repair company, call these guys FIRST, and save yourself the potential headache.

Ronnie had me fixed up quick and for a great price! Professional and his knowledge really shows. Going to use him for all my appliance needs.

Called him out to fix my front load dryer . Great job back up and running thank a lot. Also had a Monogram under the counter ice machine got that fixed the same day. Very happy customer.

I called them this morning and he came this evening when I was home from work. He was fast, courteous, and very professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Ronnie. He knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and fixed it quickly - he even cleaned up the bottom of the freezer.

Called these guys with a dishwasher problem, they came same day. They worked quick, and solved my problem immediately. They stayed and ran the machine multiple times to ensure they unit fully functioned right. They were very courteous, and made sure the work area was clean when they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of appliance or heating and air service.

I have had bad experiences with contractors and am very leary to pick someone off google without a personal recommendation, but I was in a bind.
Ronnie arrived on time to the minute. Had my washer diagnosed and fixed in 15 min. He cleaned my floor where he worked with soap and even swept behind the washer before moving it back. I have never had a contractor do that!! He stuck around to make sure it worked properly and I got a warranty on the work. He also offered some advice to keep the part from wearing out again too soon.
Super nice guy and I will definately call him for future needs.

It's Christmas eve and our fridge stopped cooling. He sounds great on the phone so we asked him to come and fix it. Called at 1:30 he said he'd be here in an hour. He lied to me 3 times about when he was going to show up. It's now 7:45 pm. My stuff in the freezer is thawed out. My Christmas dinner is in the garbage.

Ronnie the owner promised to make repairs to a gas furnace in one of my rentals. He even called my tenant and said he was on the way. He never showed up so she spent a cold night with no heat. He doesn't respond to texts or messages left. If it's important to you to have a repair made, don't call Advance Appliance.

5 Star service! He is extremely professional and courteous. He is also very knowledgable...he was able to fix a dishwasher for me when two other contractor could not figure out what was wrong with it. He also serviced and fixed my AC unit at two of my properties. He is very honest and very reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Excellent and HONEST service! Ronnie was professional, affordable, and courteous. I called and received service for my washer the next day and he worked around my schedule to repair an attic cooling issue. He advised against a costly repair option which had been presented by another service provider. I would highly recommend him!!!!

Our fridge went down around the 4th of July and had called Ronnie to come and check on it. Ronnie and his buddy was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong with it. Turns out the fridge line was bypass and that was what cause it to break down. They fixed it in a timely manner. Ever since then, our fridge has been working like a champ with no problems.

Our ac went down labor day weekend and we knew exactly who to call. They are able to fix it and replace the outside unit in a timely manner.Our compressor to our unit had fried and we had a breaker too big for our 2.5 ton unit, which was the reason why it fried. Since it is an older model R22, we had to get a replacement and a newer model. They got it all done within hours and back to us enjoying life. I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, knowledgeable, kind and professional people. I would definitely do business with them again. Hopefully not anytime soon.

Mr. Ronnie is a great, amazing, and perfect Master Technician. He will definitely take care of you better than expected! He was $500 cheaper than anyone else in the business, and that was on Just the last job he did for me. He’s doing all my future work. I will never even call and ask anyone else for price’s! He’s a honest man and the best in the business. He is amazing at AC WORK and APPLIANCE WORK AND REPAIR!!! I 100% highly recommend this business!! I promise you, there will be no regrets!

Best experience I have ever had with appliance repair. We were having problems with our refrigerator not cooling, called Mr. Greenlee and he came out the next day and fixed it. He even offered to come late at night for no extra charge. When he arrived, he was very professional and speedy. He diagnosed, fixed the problem and cleaned up in less than an hour. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a washer on 2/28/2024,that I was told worked. Ronnie said he ran a few loads in but yet there were a few leaves in this unit . My son even drove to help you as you had a blown tire while in route to deliver another unit to someone else. Once my son got the unit home got the unit hoked up it only powered on but did nothing else. He said he would make it right and since has stopped answering my calls, messages and texts. As a single mom of 4, I do not have money to just give away. Mr. Ronnie I don't know how you're okay with screwing innocent people over. You need to make things right and give me my money back!

I called Ronnie to fix my dishwasher. He made an appointment, then stood me up. Made another appointment, came out and worked on my dishwasher. He said it was fixed, took my money & said he warranted his work for 90 days. I notified him within a week that it still wasn't working. After over 2 months of him playing "call me back tomorrow to see what my schedule looks like" I finally got him to commit to be at my house between noon and 3:00p. He stood me up AGAIN. His excuse? He was out all night & hadn't even "checked his books" today. I honestly think he's on drugs.
