Bought a washing machine from Ronnie and he was super late for the installation appointment. He didn’t install it properly and it wasn’t level. He promised to return to fix it and then never would answer. The machine was warrantied and immediately started flooding my laundry room. Took him over a week to show up. He couldn’t fix it and said he would bring me a new one the next day. That was 2 weeks ago and he is not answering my calls or responding to my messages. He is very UNRELIABLE. and now I am out of money and still no washer. DO NOT RECOMMEND. He is a crook who does not live up to his warranty.

Mr. Ronnie and his team are a really awesome crew. They have helped me out multiple times and I will most defiantly continue to use them for every appliance or HVAC problem I have. Super personable guys and I HIGHLY recommend.

This man, Ronnie Greenlee said he was coming around 2:30pm but didn’t show up until after 10:30pm which I feel is disrespectful and unprofessional.. he claimed to had fixed my washer but 15 minutes after leaving I called him to let him know its still not fixed and was actually worse because it wouldn’t power on.. he said he’d come back the next day and fix it but I’ve called him 11 times, texted numerous times, messaged him on Facebook and he hasn’t responded. He basically took $175 from me and stopped answering the phone. And his address is not a real location. I wish I had read the reviews before calling him because that was $175 I was scammed out of.

Absolutely DO NOT hire this man. We hired him to repair our refrigerator. He came out and worked on it, charged us $300 and told us that we need to give it 24hrs to cool and to call him if it was not fixed. Sure enough 24hrs later it was in the exact same condition so I called and after about 10 times of him telling me he would show up day after day and never showing, he just stopped replying. He has scammed my family out of $300. So now we don’t even have the extra money to hire someone else to come fix it. What a terrible person. He is a scam.

Used Mr Greenlee for a dryer repair. Overall, a very friendly man.

However. Contacted for dryer repair on a Friday. Said he was coming between 12-4. He did not. Contacted again on Saturday morning (as there was no one else opened and I desperately needed to do clothes). Said something had came up the day before and he would come between 12-4. Called me at 420 and said he was on the way. Didn’t hear from him until 930 pm. Something else came up. First asked to come the next day but then asked if it was too late to come. Overall, yes it was but I had already been stuck at home for two days waiting on a dryer repair and didn’t want it to take up all day Sunday too (and still possibly not end up done). It was almost 1030p when he got to my house and didn’t leave until 2am. Dryer was working. He also fixed my ice maker and didn’t charge me for it. And I sincerely appreciate him coming and working that late-BUT it was a little unreliable in actually getting him there. he was indeed a nice guy.

I wasn’t going to even leave a review but now, three weeks later, the dryer no longer works. Contact him by phone and left messages—no response. Completely ghosted me. Had to have another repair man come out and he stated that while it seemed that was the bad heating element Mr greenlee replaced, he did not replace the thermostat sensors and because those were bad it ruined another heating element. See my other reviews to find the repair service I will now refer all my friends and family too.

Mr Ronnie got my whirlpool refridgerator back going in no time, and at a very fair rate for a saturday, if you know breakdowns its near impossible to get someone same day and on saturday, had parts in the truck to get the job done! Come and gone in around an hour and a half, he kept in contact with me all day updating his arrival too. So dont be quick to judge him in these reviews because he didnt show up 30 min. after you call as weekends are busy for these guys that chose to help you get fixed on a weekend. Top notch service in my book and i will call him over anyone in mobile from this day forward. Thank you sir my family appreciates your help

A very shady business. I bought a used dishwasher from them on March 13, 2024.
It came with a 30-day guarantee for parts and 90-day for labor. The dishwasher failed on the 3rd day. Contacted Ronnie Greenlee. He said he would come the next day. He never showed even after repeated requests. A very shady business. By the way, there is no company location at 590 Schillinger Rd. Suite 16.

They were prompt and quickly addressed and repaired my fireplace issue. Also made affordable recommendations on how to update my fireplace area, which was appreciated.

Nathaniel was the nicest and most professional guy. He quickly identified the issues with our fireplace and was efficient correcting it. And before he left, he gave me maintenance tips on how to make it work best and when to get the annual maintenance done. Will definitely use them again!

Nate knows his stuff and is very dependable. He has been out twice to work on our heatalator fireplace and I’m sure we will have him out again!

Nathaniel H did an awesome job. He was on time, efficient, friendly and most importantly he cleaned my gas fireplace with precision. I can actually see the beautiful logs, embers and flame. I’m so impressed. I’ve used other companies that just clean out a few leaves and call it a day. Nathaniel actually cleaned my fireplace and let me know what was causing the soot. Best person you send out. Give him a raise or since a contractor a bigger percentage. This was going to be the last time I was going to use you because the last guy took my remote and never return.

Crue did an amazing job servicing our two gas fireplaces and cleaning a very dirty Sedona grill! I mean the grill looks like new.
