It was a great experience working with this company. My complex was in need of chimney cleaning and everyone from the office staff to the young man, Elijah, that did the cleaning was very kind and professional. I will for sure use them on an annual basis to help maintain our chimneys at Summit on the Lake.

Crue was so polite from the time he got out of his truck to the time he left our home!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had a very poor experience this year with First choice. I can tell either the management changed or they stopped caring about customers.
When you schedule service, they no longer call you to coordinate the date and time. You better be at home when they tell you. The technician didn’t even show up during the scheduled window.
When he finally arrived 2 hours late for the yearly gas fireplace maintenance and inspection, he looked at my fireplace for 20 min and didn’t clean my fireplace. He said the $159 and it only covers inspection. He then told me I need several parts which the technician changed last year! How often the parts go bad? Or is this a scam?
Long story short, I have a dirty fireplace and I am out of $159. I’m still waiting for the parts!

They did a great job! Young man was polite and professional. He explained all the details of what he was inspecting. Very reasonable price! Will use them again!!!

It was my first time to use them, and I was very satisfied. They quickly addressed my concern and resolved the issue. They did not try to sell me any new parts, but resolved my concern with adjustment to what was already installed. I will use them again.

Mark M. was my technician and was extremely professional and arrived in a timely manner. Although he was not able to fix my Blackstone smoker; the damage was rather severe and I expected that might be the news once he got the opportunity to work on it. Due to the smoker not being able to be fixed, I was not charged…which was very thankful. I would highly recommended 1st Choice Residential and Mark M. specifically for any grill/pellet smoker/or other like items for repair.

We had our gas fireplace serviced today because we were having problems with the ignition. Nathaniel was able to find and fix the problem. He was very professional and explained the issue in layman’s terms. I would recommend this company. Absolutely worth the money! We had a 20yr old gas fireplace that needed a deep cleaning. Our tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a complete safety check of the gas line and electrcal system the a deep cleaning. Excellent job!!! Highly recommend

This is my first experience of having a fireplace in our home and when it came to who to call about getting it swept I had no idea. 1st Choice was the best decision ever! Crue was very professional, talented, and polite! He answered all my questions with a smile and did a wonderful job cleaning not only the Chimney but cleaning after himself! Clay came to service our fireplace today. He was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, clean, efficient & explained everything he did & why. He’s the first one who took the time to place the numerous propane fueled gas logs correctly. We will request him for every service! Best tech ever!

Outstanding results on my grill, a couple of stainless steel cabinets, and cement counter. Care was taken not to stain or damage adjacent structures. Work was neat and the area was clean tidy afterward.
