We definitely won't be using Farnell again. Had to call people out 4 times (atleast) to fix our ac. Each time racking up extra charges and labor fees cause they couldn't fix it right the first time!!!!

Nicest guys around. They went above and beyond to find our leak. Was difficult to diagnose but they kept at it until they figured it out and repaired it. Even the owner was involved in trying to help us! Highly recommend them!!

The ceiling tiles above the cashier station colapsed at my job. The water came from a leak in the coil from our A/C unit. The unit was about 9 years old at the time and was not well maintained. I called Christina Hall at Farnell Heating and Air Conditioning to send a tech so we could sign a maintenance contract and assess as to what repairs needed be done. Paul came out within 2 hours of calling. After inspection and a repair to get it running again so our servers would not overheat Paul recommended replacement of the unit. The tech was very clear in his explanation of what he did and what our service contract included.

I submitted their bid for replacing the unit to my Corporate offices for approval. Their bid was very fair and compitive, we accepted the contract.

Took about 3 days to have our new A/C unit installed, along with another year maintenance. Everything works great, they are very cordial and prompt to work with. I will send anyone who ask me about A/C work their way for years to come!

Came out and hooked up zero equipment to diagnose Freon leak. Sent apprentice in the attic and said there was NO leak there. Said leak was at the condensing unit outside via looking for oil spot- no sniffer, no diagnostic equipment at all and needed 2# of R22. $800. Told if there was a leak they didn’t find and the new Freon leaked out we would start over and pay for them to look for another leak and re-fill. Called second company who found a major leak in the attic. Glad I got a second opinion and didn’t spend $$$$ on R22 to be dumped in my attic.

They have went above and beyond for my family when they were installing the new central unit. I wish there were more businesses out there like them. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us. highly recommend them to anyone I know. thanks for all yall did for my family. big shout out to Mr. HR and his whole team he has working for him.

In early Spring I had Farnell replace both of my AC Units, including the new heaters, air handlers and outside units. They sent a great group of technicians to do the installation of my new Lennox Units. The job was done very professionally. The scheduling of the work, which was done through the Costco Special, the installation as well as the followup paperwork and rebates, handled very professionally and in a friendly manner by Mitzi, her Dad, Mr. Farnell, and the other ladies in the office, was completed and all folders and warranty work received as instructed. I had a couple of issues with the units and the problems were diagnosed, fixed and completed by Daniel, who is a very professional young man. Units are working extremely well during this very hot Summer and I've very much noticed a considerable savings in energy costs over the previous years due to the efficiency and high Seer ratings of both Units. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the job, followup and performance of the product. I highly recommend Farnell AC and Heating.

I’m a repeat Farnell customer. I’ve had both of our home HVAC systems replaced by Farrell over the last 4 years. They’ve always shown up when they said, done a professional job on the install and clean up after themselves.

Called Farnell Heating and Air out to check Freon. First thing they did was not look at the unit to see when they installed it so someone in their office told the technician it was 29 years old & it would be $1400 to add Freon. If that wasn't crazy enough I had the technician physically look and see that the unit is actually 13 years old but he still had the audacity to quote $1400 for freon. Needless to say I told them to leave. Of course they quickly demanded $175 for the service call. Will never call them again!!!!!

Called on a Sunday when our air conditioner stopped cooling. Call person was nice and we had a technician out within 2 hours. Fantastic! Especially in our extreme heat wave.

Had a technician come out to fix the air in the climate control building where I work, and he was great, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything that had to be done and what he fixed. Definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!

Had an issue with my AC during a heat wave, and this company went above and beyond to fix it. The technician showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got it working fast. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great service and super professional—highly recommend!

Beware of Warranty Conditions

I had my furnace installed by this company, and while the installation itself was satisfactory, I was taken aback by their warranty requirements. They send an invoice that seems to mandate a 10-year maintenance agreement, regardless of cost, to keep the warranty valid. This feels less like customer care and more like a forced subscription.

I reached out to the furnace manufacturer directly, and they confirmed that while regular maintenance is recommended, it doesn’t have to be through a specific company or under a binding contract. This company’s policy seems more about securing long-term revenue than providing genuine customer service.

Beware of their scam.
